Third time here - We were looked after by Arthur and spent three and a half hours at our table. The ambiance was great, we didn’t feel rushed at any point. Food was delicious but mostly the service was wonderful. Arthur checked in at good times (not too much and not too little), we were able to ask plenty of questions about the food and drinks and felt like our server was very knowledgeable. Overall a great experience, highly recommend and will come back again.
We had looked forward to this venue, and we were not disappointed! The atmosphere is beautiful, and there is a lovely selection of food and champagne and other drink choices. We had a beautiful lunch, served by Laura- who was truly lovely and helpful. I highly recommend this place- we had such a great experience today.
Celebrated a Birthday at this gorgeous venue with amazingly solicitous staff and divine food! Everything, from the sides to the mains were scrumptious. Highly recommended. Only flip side was that there was no acknowledgment or wishes for the Birthday celebration (yes, we had mentioned when making the booking). A small gesture like that goes a long way and is apparent when it’s absent.
We were served by Arthur and an amazing lady who we did not catch the name of. They went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 9, and catered for our dietary requirements as well. The food and drinks were all amazing, as you would expect from a fine dining restaurant. I just wish they had more options for "mains" and the high cheese platter was a bit fuller. $38 per person for that high cheese platter felt way too pricey. The amazingly welcoming services by the team made our dinner feel very special. Overall a very happy experience for me and my girlfriends.
Beautiful location in the iconic Queen Victoria Building, large light-filled venue overlooking Sydney Town Hall. Ordered a delicious well-presented dish in the weekend brunch menu: chive crumpets, smoked salmon, avocado, goats curd, lemon jam. Service was prompt, attentive, courteous and friendly. Chai latte was delicious.
