Waited to be served for a long time, the bartender girl legit skipped us 4 times and was serving to locals. She didn’t even reply when we said we want to be served, classic racism goin on at this place. I don’t understand why we need to be looked down on just because we are asians. We were awfully offended. Hope she learns some human decency. We are still paying the same price with drinks, racism at its best. Sorry for posting their face but if you are serving to the public you gta have some consequences on how you are treating others. Made us feel like a less of a human.
If you’re from out of town and looking for a fun, energetic, and popular vibe, this is your place. I’m from out of town and some friends took me here on a weeknight during Happy Hour. There was just enough people to make it feel busy and most of them you could tell had just got off work. We ordered a couple of starters and they came out hot and it was delicious. The drinks were a little more on the pricy side but that’s to be expected as it’s in the heart of downtown.
Amazing place with a beautiful atmosphere. Friendly staff. The food was pricey but it did came in big portions. Overall beautiful place to hangout with lots of people
Abhorrent venue. On four separate occasions and quite frankly not sure why we even bothered to give them any chances after the first experience. After dinner we wanted to have a drink or two at a bar, always able to enter however as soon as you go up to order my partner is refused service and told we need to leave. No reason why, won't give a reason when questioned. Both of us well dressed, not drunk but this has happened on four occasions. Not sure if profiling but not a good look on this venue.
The manager is extremely rude! How is he even in charge of this restaurant? Avoid this place, you’ll regret the level of hospitality. I simply asked if I could enter with a picture of my passport, and instead of politely explaining that a physical ID was required and apologizing, he accused me of going around Sydney trying to enter venues without one. Excuse me? I am not that kind of person! His attitude was completely unprofessional—he has no manners and honestly seems too stressed & even doesn't want to work there.
