I always told myself, “Next time, I’ll try this place!” every time I walked by—and today, I finally did! (Well, I live just upstairs, so no more excuses!) I grabbed a takeaway to enjoy at home, and wow, I’m so glad I did. The staff were super friendly and patient, happily answering all my questions. They’ve got great value lunch and dinner sets, and the place is really clean and cozy too! I went for the $15 lunch steak set, and honestly—it blew me away. It’s hard to find this kind of value in the city! Eating such a satisfying lunch at home seriously made my day. This place just became my new go-to spot. I’ll definitely be back—and if you’re reading this, don’t miss out! Huge thanks to the team for such a tasty lunch and a great experience! Next time I come, I will definitely eat in.😋😋😋

The food was ok. Their daily special offered really good value for money. We specifically came for the Harry Potter trivia, but unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. The host was just average at best and struggled with pronunciations, which made it harder to follow. The venue felt overbooked with over 200 people. We couldn’t even see where the host was. We couldn’t get her attention when we needed her to repeat a question because clearly she just ignored all the tables at the door for the whole time. There was no mentioning of not using mobile phone to answer questions. It took so long for her to read the answers as she likes to get audiences to read the answers and gave them bonus points. Overall, it didn’t live up to the expectation, and we won’t be returning for any future trivia nights.

The starters were tasty and affordable. My vegan colleagues told me the tacos were good. The only downside was that my steak was not cooked medium. It was more like, well done. Great spot for team lunches. Would come back here and try other items.

They had a $15 rump special that was delicious. We also were there during happy hour so it was nice to have an affordable meal with a glass of wine in the city. It did sound like they were selling out from what we could overhear them say to other tables while we were eating - so get there early if you’re going for the specials.

Today there were 21 of us and we all ordered the special for Thursday! Came in around 12 and perfect time as the lunch rush hour hasnt started (it would have been much more chaotic if we arrive 10 minutes later!), all order arrived perfectly and very quickly too. For the $15 it is a good value.
