My partner and I had our birthday celebration last weekend and everything was nearly perfect. The downside was they overdid my steak to well done. I told the superb Felicia, our server, about my predicament. She gladly informed the chef and came back to applogise and offered a free drink or beer. It might not be the outcome I expected but because of her good nature and attentiveness to us I decided to let it go and enjoy the night. The highlight of our dinner was the mango beer and apple strudel which was to die for. They had live band music and games for all to enjoy. I highly recommend this place for those looking for a unique and fun family/friends celebration.

A very popular spot in the heart of Argyle Street. Staying at the Harbour Rocks hotel this is very convenient. All the staff are friendly, efficient and polite. The food is delicious and the so are the beers. They also do a $20 Lunch menu which is such great value. Definitely recommend. 👌🏽👌🏽

My wife and I came to Sydney for our anniversary and decided to have dinner at the Munich Brauhaus. My wife saw videos of the "Famous Pork Knuckle" which we had with the Haus Pretzel. The pork knuckle was huge and the crackling was delicious. It came with some sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. We shared it and were both completely full by the end of it. We paired it with a beer that was half off during happy hour. The people around us had some amazing looking platters as well. Our waiter, Bobby, was excellent. Very friendly, made us feel welcome, and helped us with recommendations when we didn't quite know what we were doing. The theme of the place was "Christmas in July" when we went. It was pretty standard atmosphere but had options for indoor or outdoor seating. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like some German food while in Sydney.

The food, service, ambiance, drinks, and overall experience have been great! The food and drinks were fantastic, and the portion sizes were generous. The Munich platter paired with Kasespatzle was absolutely delightful! We enjoyed a couple of German beers, and the Rita Strawberry Cocktail was a standout—so generously sized and delicious that I had to order another! The Doughnut Pretzel with Chocolate Sauce and ice cream was a great addition to our meal. We were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The ambiance inside was wonderful. Vianka was amazing—her friendliness, kindness, and attentive service throughout the evening truly elevated our experience. We are eagerly looking forward to our next visit. Thank you very much for having us; we had an incredible time! Cheers!

When we think of the best German food and beer in Sydney, this is the first place that comes to mind. The food is always amazing and never disappoints us. We always enjoy our time here and have an amazing experience. The Tasting Platter for One is highly recommended for anyone wanting to try a bit of everything. It's a great value and very satisfying. Highly recommended place to visit in Sydney.
