I have been travelling since the start of September. From QLD through NSW, SA, VIC, WA, back to VIC now NSW. Had asked for a wheel chair accessible room all the way. This is the first time I have it. Large room with lots of space and a real wheelchair accessible bathroom with more space than I need. Thank you Novotel. One tiny problem. The right bottom corner of the window in our room is not sealed. The strong sea breeze is howling through it. Thus I am awake writing a review. Joy to all who read this. Betty

Hotel in a good location, arrived late on a Sunday night on a long road trip with 5 children. Daniel the manager was amazing and fulfilled all our needs without hesitation. He organised meals for the 5 children and just made life easy. All credit to him, this is how a hotel experience should be! In the lobby there were a bunch of children’s story books and although this is a business hotel, they fully catered to our family. Thank you Daniel!

Hotel is in a great location, easy walk into beach and foreshore. Rooms are quite big and spacious and bed was really comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed in hotel last night, checked out today, the room was nice, but one issue the bathroom sink was blocked the build up in the pipe was coming back into the sink when I tried to drain the sink review the picture, I couldn't shave or clean my teeth in that sink this morning. Advised the front desk when I checked out this morning, showed the photo attached just got that's not nice is it & a sorry nothing else. Not shore how the cleaners did not advise the managers when the bathroom was cleaned that the sink is blocked for the price you pay not a good look "what happened to good old customer service"
