I stay there for work functions wed-Fri the room was great but lack a few things like the fridge should have 1small water bottle produce each day. I don’t drink coffee or tea but preferred water instead. The breakfast was very nice, variety of food, great service, I have good service from TANIA your smile 😊 is contagious keep it up TANIA. The Indonesia lady leader was very helpful gave me the knife and the plate for my mango which I bought from the outside. Good location I. An waked to paddy market and found some tropical fruits . Over all I’m happy. I definitely will return but would like to have a bottle of water in my room instead of using the bathroom tap.
Conveniently located with a vast variety of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. I found the bed was extra comfortable compared to other places I have stayed in Sydney. The kids enjoyed the pool, and all common areas were very well maintained and clean. We will definitely book to stay again!
Was here over the weekend for a work event and it was great. I asked for an early check-in and a late check-out earlier in the week and the staff were very receptive to it. The staff on the weekend were also great, the buffet was well stocked and the pool was a nice hangover cure. Will stay again. Thanks guys.
No water in room, no conditioner in shower, very dirty bathroom door. Great location. Very poor hotel customer service - the basics of, hello sir how can I assist you, how was your stay, can have these sent to your room, sorry your room isn’t ready so here is a drink at the bar or even just a sorry for the inconvenience. I had to be at reception for about an hour so was watching other interactions through front desk so I can tell this was an issue across the whole of reception. Whoever has trained front desk and whoever is supervising front desk and letting these poor customer interactions occur is at fault. Ive worked at some of the busiest hotels and can tell you, even at my most stressed and least staffed moments I can still do basic courtesy to customers - even when needing to fake it.
I stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access everything I needed. The room was clean and tidy, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay!
