This Chinese restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience. The roast duck is absolutely delicious and tastes incredibly authentic, just like in Beijing. The shrimp dumplings and xiaolongbao are also well-made, with delicate flavors and textures that are spot on. The service is attentive and friendly, making sure every detail is taken care of. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. Whether you’re looking for an authentic Chinese feast or just a casual dinner, this place is highly recommended. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
A modern Cantonese restaurant in Circular Quay. The restaurant gets busy, so it's good to book in advanced. Service is great, however there is a time limit per seating. Food wise, the serving size is slightly smaller than other Chinese restaurants, however the dishes were cooked well. The crispy pork is on point and the pipis are fresh. I recommend the Peking Duck, the fried milk dessert and the Maotai pearl bomb cocktail. Well balanced flavours. I recommend 😋😋👍
Pearl Dining in Sydney, located in the Quay Quarter, is a high-end Cantonese restaurant known for its elegant ambiance and stunning views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. This restaurant offers a luxurious take on Cantonese cuisine, with key dishes including their signature Peking duck, which is dry-aged and twice-cooked for maximum flavor, as well as char siu pork and various live seafood options. The Peking duck is a standout dish, often praised for its crispy skin and tender meat, served alongside handmade pancakes and condiments, making it one of the best choices for duck lovers. Pearl also offers set menus ranging from $88 to $128 per person, which include a variety of premium dishes like wok-fried lobster and prawn dumplings. The venue itself is modern and chic, with both indoor and outdoor seating options, including a balcony that seats 30 people, perfect for enjoying the harbor views. It’s ideal for special occasions and private events, offering semi-private and private dining rooms. Overall, Pearl Dining offers a refined Cantonese dining experience with a modern twist, using high-quality ingredients and thoughtful presentation
had truly remarkable dining experience here recently. visited with a friend for a celebratory occasion and Pearl did not disappoint. all the dishes we tried were wonderful, we were especially impressed with the dim sum and i definitely recommend trying them if you visit! we chose the mushroom dumplings and i would genuinely come back to try other options. 2 starters with tofu as main along with rice was just right meal size for us two and all the flavors were delicious. service was attentive and it was great to hear detailed descriptions of dish and drink selections from people who attended to us :) atmosphere was relaxing and sophisticated, and as a highlight of our evening we saw the fireworks and Sydney Vivid lights right from our table. definitely recommend coming here!
This could be the best Cantonese fusion restaurant I’ve ever tried!! Exquisite atmosphere and delightful dining experience!!! We chose $98pp set menu and it’s really worth a try!! With the pickled cherry tomatoes as a good start, we had scallop radish cake and siu mai etc. Highlights are fried Tasmania red lobster with egg noodles and roasted duck!! The flavors were authentic with so many surprises. The staff was attentive and super friendly. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving genuine Cantonese cuisine!
