Rydges Cronulla Beachside is a four-star hotel overlooking one of Sydney’s best beaches. It also contains within its sizeable walls a number of high-quality function and conference venues. Is there much more one needs to know than that? Probably not. Rydges Cronulla Beachside has a dedicated conference level, containing five rooms accommodating up to 200 guests. The Sutherland Room and Red Radish both sport floor-to-ceiling glass windows/walls, and are well suited to larger conferences and weddings. They also open up to a charming terrace, well suited to canapes or pre-dinner drinks.
Rydges Cronulla Beachside also boasts a number of smaller meeting rooms. That array of function venues comes with a delightful bonus - they’re located within a four-star hotel. Thomas, Ryan & Erin took great care of me & my family during our stay. The view is amazing from our room especially the sunrise! Would recommend to have breakfast buffet & enjoy the dining experience before checking out 👏

We had suite 701 for two nights. I would advise anyone checking in to ask for a hotel employee to show you your suite, and check the amenities. After finding the baggage rack and unpacking, we found there was no internet signal in the bedroom. Had to move near the outside patio to get some sort of a connection. Went to use the phone to sort out the problem. The labels were missing so could not call reception, concierge or anyone to help. After a long trip, and very tired---not happy. The bathroom was tiny, a large crack in the basin, and if you opened the door, it was likely to hit anyone in there. The shower grouting was moldy and had not been scrubbed for ages. The view was excellent, but spoilt because the banister glass was dirty---salt---and had not been cleaned for ages. Seems petty, but even the cups, although pretty, had handles so small that they were impossible to get a finger through and so had to be lifted by the saucer. Larger mugs were asked for and supplied. There is no safe in the room. After dinner at night I approached the bar asking for coffee and liqueurs. The barman said "Sorry mate, the coffee machine has been turned off" All of these complaints were listened to carefully at the front desk, and notes were taken. Truly, I felt like the worlds greatest winger, and apologized for my negativity. After two days, the internet was still the same. I have given it sufficient time for management to contact me about these deficiencies. Have stayed at Rydges hotels at Sydney and Brisbane airports, and have been very happy with the experience. Great spot at Cronulla beach, great views of the ocean from the rooms. Loved the morning beach walks and swim in the rock pool. It's a Rydges so don't expect a 5 star hotel, rooms are basic, reasonable size and good bathroom. In room fridge doesn't have a freezer and isn't that cold. Shower was good and bed was comfy and had good sleep both days. Bar wasn't open when we wanted much to their loss as 15 of us would have been profitable for them, so we went across the road to the sportsbar instead. Breakfast is ok, nothing amazing but doesn't open till 7am which is about 1/2 too late. We didn't eat here other than breakfast as there are so many good restaurants nearby.

Shared a two bedroom/ bathroom on the 11th level with my elderly parents.. The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating!!! Room for 4 adults was very comfortable!! Position is a plus!!! Thanks for a lovely stay..
