Well priced for its standard. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. I really felt well looked after. Clean room. Delicious dinner ordered as room service. Comfortable bed. We didn't use the pool but it looked beautiful and clean. We used the shuttle service to and from the airport, run by Sydney Super shuttles. It was $12 each way and was really convenient.

What a beautiful experience this was. I arrived early for check in at 10am. Instead of getting attitude, which happens at other places, the front desk officer offered me the hospitality lounge. This was perfect as it allowed me to work in a peaceful environment until my room was ready. My room was large, bed was so comfortable and the room service was brilliant. 12min walk to and from domestic airport was really easy and enjoyable, no need for shuttle unless you have a lot of luggage or are tired. I will definitely return.

Nice hotel, staff were lovely. 24 hr parking was $35 so not included in room price. The bath is very low and small, but the beds were comfy and the room was spacious. Stayed in the Superior King room.

Well priced and comfortable rooms in close proximity to the domestic terminals. Lower level rooms may experience noise from the rail line located next to the hotel Courteous and professional staff. The only downside is the airport shuttle which is outsourced and expensive compared to a taxi. The bus was old and tired, the driver unable to remember who he was dropping where, so missed our terminal altogether. Avoid the shuttle service and take a taxi from the front of the hotel, especially if there is more than one travelling

After having to get a train from airport to Mascot there is a 20min walk along busy main roads which was quite difficult with a heavy bag. The bed was uncomfortable and very hard TV casting didn’t work even after 2 techs to sort it out it failed again after an hour , a very small monetary compensation was offered off room service bill
