Amazing accommodation and wonderful staff, perfect for one or two nights great price and clean and comfortable rooms with all the mod cons you need kettle, iron, big spacious bathroom and room. With restaurant downstairs, it's a perfect place to stay.

We were so excited to know DJ Eddie Jackson was hosting an 80’s funk event @ The AV8 bar as have been following him for years.. His music was great and flawless as always and he never fails to entertain his audience. However to our dismay we did not anticipate a 5 star Hotel have no selection of alcoholic drinks of our choice like other 5 star hotels do, no cash payment on the bar was permitted which is illegal tender & it was so hot inside I could not feel the aircon as my make up started to feel watery so so embarrassing. This is not a 5 star hotel my local pub is better than the AV8 bar.

A nice stay very close to the airport. The hotel was generally good, quite clean and well maintained. The beds definitely need to be replaced as they were super bouncy and not the greatest, and the breakfast was mediocre, however for a quick stay to/from the airport, it was good. The regular airport shuttle service was a bonus as it meant we didn't have to worry about making our own arrangements.

Very much enjoyed the AV8 Bar a few times with DJ Eddie Jackson & DJ Dave Jackson who played excellent tracks. The Venue is nice and fairly modern, but unfortunately they don't accept cash payments at the bar. They also have a very small and limited choice of beverages and air-conditioning is never switched on. I have seen many people leave the venue very early in the evening due to those reasons. It's very disappointing considering the management have been informed of those issues that was never acknowledged. This is not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel.
