Great family fun! Took my boys there for a little Friday treat and they had the best time! Kept saying I was a sigma for brining them, although I have no clue what this means. 😝😝They took this photo to show how much fun they were having (as you can tell 🤪🤪)

Absolutley great place! Incredible atmosphere, things for everyone to, incredibly friendly staff. I did the escape room there, and it was heaps of fun; the team was very helpful. The karaoke is fun and has a good range of music. However, it's very pricey at $100 for an hour, so I would recommend it for large groups. Overall, great for birthday parties or group functions. Located on level 4, only accessible via the elevator.

Yesterday, my son celebrated his 7th birthday party at Chatswood Strike Laser Tag. It was his best birthday party ever and the perfect party host didn’t exist until I met David, who was absolutely amazing, caring and made every child feel special. He took time to get to know each child, made them feel safe and made every attempt to ensure everyone was having a great time. No problem was too hard for him and he diligently worked both the laser tag room and party room flawlessly. Other parents also mentioned to me how good David was. Laser tag was so fun, so many rooms and areas for the kids to play and explore. Arcade games were good and the party room was ideal (even for a group of 17 kids and parents), clean and setup well. The overall party passed by perfectly and I can’t recommend how good the staff and facilities were. Definitely coming back!

I hosted my Daughter's 12th birthday here recently and the staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. They made hosting a breeze. High recommended for a kid's party. There are also a lot of different activities to choose from.

My friends and I went there to celebrate a milestone. Luckily, there was a slot available for bowling, which was 2 hours when we arrived. The receptionist told us to go back 5 minutes before our schedule. We did not mind waiting. Twenty (20) minutes before our scheduled time, we received an SMS saying that our booking was ready, so we immediately went back to Strike. However, we waited for 15 or so minutes before they were able to set up our place. During the game, we encountered mechanical issues, and for some reason, it took a long time before the pins were arranged (another mechanical issue, maybe?). We were on our 8th game when a staff came to us saying that the management wanted us out because we came in late. They gave us bowling vouchers to fix the situation, but they should have JUST told us they wanted us out since the next booking was already in there instead of blaming the problem on us by saying that we came in late, even though we went there 20 minutes before our schedule. It was such a frustrating moment, especially since it was some of my friend's first experience in bowling. Hopefully, this scenario will not happen to anyone, and definitely will not be coming back again.
