Our family stayed in July 2025 for our 27th anniversary, occupying 2 deluxe rooms. From our arrival to departure the front office staff were very friendly and welcoming. The assistant manager Lucas was very helpful and sorted out any queries we had and made our anniversary special. He makes you feel like a guest in his own house. The Chef also took pride in his work, telling me how he chooses the fresh fruit. The gym has modern equipment plus a great view. The deluxe rooms were very spacious and amazing views of Sydney harbour. The bathroom was clean, spacious and had a spa bath with shower, while the other room had 2 showers. You will find it very hard to get a more spacious room. Since reopening, the Accor group have really improved the look and hospitality of the hotel. We look forward to returning soon.

Nice view. The room is pretty nice. Close to the Australian Museum and nice walk to the gardens, not too far from the very central streets either. Bus stops near by so it's pretty convenient to go around or to/from the airport by bus then train.

Excellent value for money and a great location. We’re Gold with Accor and had no issues with the drink vouchers or the welcome chocolate – a nice touch. Parking was cheap, staff were friendly, and the room was massive. It’s really easy to get anywhere in the city from here. We even walked up to Pina for breakfast, which was excellent as well. Highly recommend.

One of my best stays lately. Stayed here for 10 nights. excellent service, genuine hospitality. The Sydney Boulevard Hotel (now part of Accor) has quickly become one of my favourite properties in the city. From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless and thoughtfully done. The housekeeping team was exceptional — attentive, quiet, and consistent. The breakfast staff were warm and welcoming every morning, and the food quality was excellent with a great range. A special thanks to Florian, who truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. It’s rare to find someone so proactive, professional, and genuinely guest-focused. This hotel feels like it’s run with care, and it shows in every interaction. Can’t wait to return!

This hotel was AMAZING. The quality of rooms is top notch, very spacious, very homely and cozy. All you need after a long vacation day is a good hotel bed to lay in, and thats what I got. The service is also very prompt as well as the staff is very sweet and helpful.
