The hotel staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Made us feel very welcomed. They even had little goodie bags for the kids. ❤️ The room was a bit small, but other wise very clean and tidy. Room also had a pretty nice view of the bridge. The hotel is centrally located to lots of eateries. Highly recommend staying here.

5-Star Experience at the Marriott Sydney – Especially at Dinner! I had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Hotel in Sydney, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service at the hotel’s restaurant during dinner. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at ease. A special shoutout to Suman and Emi, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience perfect. Suman was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and ensured every detail was taken care of with a genuine smile. Emi brought so much warmth and positive energy to the table – she made us feel like VIP guests the entire time. The food itself was delicious – beautifully presented, full of flavour, and served promptly. But it was truly the hospitality and personal touch from Suman and Emi that elevated the evening. Highly recommend dining here, even if you’re not staying at the hotel. I’ll definitely be coming back – thanks again to the amazing team!

My family and I stayed here to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Our daughter gave her experience 5 stars because when the staff found out it was her birthday, they were exceptional with thoughtful little surprises like the kids party bag at check in, the birthday cupcake at breakfast and the lovely koala toy at check out. Thank you for making our stay memorable and one we will never forget. We also rate the service and location highly, all staff we encountered were very present and attentive which we found helpful to the nice atmosphere. We also enjoyed the location, for us as a family we were able to walk to the tram stop to go into George St very easily, we enjoyed wandering around circular quay and the opera house in the evening and enjoyed getting Messina which was just around the corner from the hotel. My husband and I enjoyed an early morning jog across the harbour bridge and we all enjoyed the buffet breakfast it had lots of fresh options! We also enjoyed the indoor pool and the sauna. Although we didn’t use the gym, it looked great with a variety of gym equipment. As previously mentioned by other reviews the rooms could do with an interior refresh and it would be nice if they had a coffee machine with pods. However, they were practical, clean, tidy and the beds were super comfy. Overall, as a family we had a great experience and we definitely would stay here again. Thank you!

Stayed here in early Nov ‘24 for 6 days. I could really say tripletta perfetto. Easy access within walking distance to business and tourist spots. Staffs were really helpful as i arrived early after long haul flight and and attentive to our requests. Spacious and maintained clean room. Highly recommended

Before going on our Celebrity cruise to French Polynesia, we stayed here overnight. I should have stayed at least 2 -3 night before boarding ship. Hotel was one of the finest world class hotels I have ever stayed at. We arrived early from our flight an we were able to stay at the holding room while our room was getting prepared. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The best buffet in the WORLD!! There wasn't enough room in my tummy to enjoy it all. LOL!! Upgrade room had amazing view of the Opera house and walking distance to Opera house. Can't Wait to go back!!!
