Solid Marriott property that meets brand standards. The executive lounge is very nice, with dinner service included. The gym is well equipped, featuring free weights and a squat rack. Customer service is outstanding, especially Daniel at the front desk. Pool could be better though.

From check-in to departure, the level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality exceeded our expectations. A very special thanks to Solomon and Zoey, whose exceptional assistance made our stay truly memorable. Their help with our reservation, special requests, luggage, transportation, recommendations was invaluable and greatly appreciated. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated and courteous service, and they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience throughout our visit. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and we’re genuinely grateful for the extra care they showed. We will fondly remember their exceptional service and look forward to returning to the Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel in the future. Thank you for making our 30th wedding anniversary extra special. Loved our weekend here. The Marriott is the perfect location for the Opera House, especially if you have an event to go to, ours was Gregory Porter. The room was large and very comfortable and clean. The cafe/bar down stairs was perfect to get coffee or an afternoon drink. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for its location and service.

Not a great experience for the price paid. Wonderful location, don’t get me wrong. The rooms are dated and bare. Not even a microwave or coffee maker. Housekeeping was terrible. We had to request room cleaning and when they did it was terrible. The room barely looked made up or cleaned. There was still dirt on the floors and hairs on the bed and bathroom. They didn’t even have cold water in the room. They also left the finished room service dishes in our room after it was “cleaned”! Unbelievable. This room was $1400. I would not recommend this location unless you want to spend a lot and receive nothing close to what the price is. Many other properties close by that you can consider. The glitz and glam does not convert to the rooms. The staff were nice but did not make up for the $1600+ after all is said and done.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! We were holidaying in Sydney as part of our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebrations & felt very spoilt by the staff who were incredibly helpful & so lovely to us. Particularly Ran, Peach & Ben. The view from our room was awesome & the club lounge drinks & snacks were delicious & plentiful. Thanks again for a very memorable stay. Can’t wait to stay there again next time we’re in Sydney.
