I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast buffet was a standout, with an amazing selection of items that catered to every taste. From fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and great coffee, it was the perfect start to the day. Overall, a 5-star experience. Highly recommend!
Great service and room here. We arrived very early and the front desk associate, Max, was very accommodating. I honestly wasn’t expecting them to have anything for us but he made it happen! The room was large, comfortable, and had a great view! The main bathroom was a little dated but was clean and well stocked with complimentary toiletries so we had no issues with it. The lounge was by far the best Marriott lounge we have ever experienced. Everything was well stocked and there were ample choices from snacks, foods, and drinks. If you are a Bonvoy member or if you are presented the chance to get lounge access, do it. It is more than worth it. All and all, we will be back here. Great staff, great location, great room, great everything. Make this Marriott a part of your trip to Sydney.
The hotel staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Made us feel very welcomed. They even had little goodie bags for the kids. ❤️ The room was a bit small, but other wise very clean and tidy. Room also had a pretty nice view of the bridge. The hotel is centrally located to lots of eateries. Highly recommend staying here.
5-Star Experience at the Marriott Sydney – Especially at Dinner! I had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Hotel in Sydney, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service at the hotel’s restaurant during dinner. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at ease. A special shoutout to Suman and Emi, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience perfect. Suman was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and ensured every detail was taken care of with a genuine smile. Emi brought so much warmth and positive energy to the table – she made us feel like VIP guests the entire time. The food itself was delicious – beautifully presented, full of flavour, and served promptly. But it was truly the hospitality and personal touch from Suman and Emi that elevated the evening. Highly recommend dining here, even if you’re not staying at the hotel. I’ll definitely be coming back – thanks again to the amazing team!
I travel for a living as I’m a pilot for an airline. I stay in a lot of hotels. This was a PERSONAL stay and I was blown away. Every staff member was genuine and professional. I arrived very very early as most flights from the United States come in early. I politely asked if I could check in or at least drop off my bags. I believe her name was Aimne promptly began processing my reservation and let me know I could indeed check in and upgraded my room. I was in my room before 9AM. The room was clean and modern. The executive lounge is large and has plenty of snacks and beverages throughout the day. The location is fantastic for tourists being close to the metro and tourist sites. I have no complaints. Very well done.
