We chose to stay here for our wedding night based on reviews on Google and family. Unfortunately, it was the biggest regret of our wedding day. I told them in the reservation that it was our wedding night and we wouldn’t arrive until after our reception at 11pm. The staff barely acknowledged that we were in our wedding dress/suit. Other guests were more excited for us. They did not upgrade us or have anything for us in the room. We paid $535 for a very basic room with just a view of the major road below. While it isn’t mandatory to do these things, it was so disappointing that we chose to spend the most special night of our lives at their hotel and they couldn’t care less. After this, we stayed in 3 other hotels for our honeymoon and every single one gave us an upgrade as well as wine and chocolates in the room. (One was an airport hotel that was only $130 in Sydney!!) I have been fortunate enough to stay in other 5 star hotels in Sydney and I would encourage you to choose one of those for your special event. At this hotel, you are just a number and they don’t care about your special occasion. I did try to discuss this directly with the hotel to rectify it prior to posting this review but sadly, no one replied to my two emails.

The room has a panoramic view of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House! And of course, you can't miss the beautiful sunrise and sunset (we booked an Executive Sydney Harbour King Room). The room is clean and staff was so friendly The only downside is that you have to walk up the slope every time you return to the hotel. If you are traveling independently, you need to consider taking a taxi back to the hotel on the way back. Besides this small problem, everything else is great!

Great customer service! We booked online and arrived to find our bedding configuration was not suitable for our family so we were upraded to a larger room with no trouble. Room was very clean and tidy. Bathroom was immaculate, view of the cruise terminal and opera house was spectacular and the kids were stoked they could see our ship from the window! Staff were happy to help with anything you needed. Great facilities, large gym with lots of equipment and indoor pool. A stones throw from the heart of the rocks with bars and cafes on your doorstep. Would highly recommend!

One of the best views you can get in Sydney if you want to see the iconic opera house and bridge.we went there during the last day of Vivid Sydney. Unfortunately, the drone show was cancelled. Still, got some stunning time lapse of the light show. Very beautiful hotel and well maintained rooms. The only downside is that when you're with a child in a pram and would like to walk around the city, you'd need to find your way around to get to a lift that brings you to the other streets as most of the access to and from the hotel will have stairs ONLY.

The view is spectacular. However, there are gaps. Credits at the bar was not clear, and staff could not advise on using credits to make payment. In general, all staff are helpful and service is hospitable. I had my shoes polished and that was nice. However, more attention needs to be paid to the details. I received a bag of toiletries after asking for 1 round of refresh - didn’t get my almost empty bottles refilled when the room was cleaned. A bag of toiletries is quite unnecessary. Water was not provided after day 1, and had to be requested. Bathtub could very well overflow, there should be an update to the drainage system.
