Incredible in all respect. Grand property. Location is very good. We have our summit event twice a year for the last 4 years in the arena & it’s still a wow room ! Great pool area to hang out looking over the racetrack and the stables. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Looking forward coming back for our November Summit 2024

This is our second time at the hotel, we love the quiet location, but so close to all major areas. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable bedding and excellent restaurant and amenities. The staff are always polite and attentive even if the hotel is busy you are made to feel special. The race track adds to the country vibe and is an interesting historical addition for the guest.

Loved my brief stay here after wanting to for a while now. Found the perfect opportunity for a night and it didn't disappoint from check in to check out. Reception staff were friendly and informative, the room was very comfortable and clean with all the amenities you could ask for. Lots of facilities and the view over the racecourse from the pool deck was amazing! Incredible how green it is overlooking Chipping Norton.

Stayed here for a night in March after flying in from Toronto. Last minute booking (long story) but was supposed to be accessible from the train (it's about an hour from the airport). Well, it is a bit of a hike but I think I may have been the only person who actually walked from the station to the hotel. I called but was not offered the option for them to provide a cab, let alone a phone number to get one myself. Grounds are well maintained...nice stroll around the place. Room was very nice...clean, accessible shower, king sized bed and lovely toiletries. Dinner at the restaurant was a disappointment. Three, not large prawns for $33...not more than three mouthfuls to consume. Waitress was unhelpful. Check to see the dishes before you order. The buffet breakfast on Sunday was lovely...selection of anything you may want. However you get only one coffee with the meal, then they charge you extra. This is not well communicated. The rooftop pool is gorgeous. They graciously allowed me an additional 30 minutes to miss the checkout crowd and the pool was much quieter for that time. Picture from the pool deck. They actually called a cab to take me back to the subway station. The desk staff on Sunday were much nicer.

From the very beginning until the end my stay was incredible. Christy and Training James checked me in. They were so cheerful and happy to help with anything. Really lovely people. I was upgraded to a fabulous suite with the most amazing view over the stables and racecourse. The horse wind vane was so stunning. And with it lit up at night it was just perfect. Subtle and not too bright. The room was clean and spacious with a wonderfully huge bathroom. I am already planning my next stay and have recommended the venue to a friend who is planning a wedding. The only let down was the breakfast. Cold hash browns, and the staff were a little rude.
