Our experience during our stay was flawless. Beginning with the check-in process, the staff demonstrated remarkable helpfulness, friendliness, and politeness. The service provided was truly exceptional. The room was meticulously cleaned to exceptionally high standards and restocked daily. The hotel is situated in a superb location. We extend our sincere gratitude. This experience proved to be an unexpected delight, and I wholeheartedly recommend it as a special treat.

I never thought I would have to write a poor review of this hotel. We are very frequent visitors to Rydges at Palmerston.We love it, clean , comfortable, accommodating and an ideal location for us BUT today I am disappointed and feel unheard. We booked a 4 night stay @381 per night . Booked as usual through their web site. At the top of the page it states no cancellation fee. Our flight was cancelled, not by us , and we are delayed by one day. We emailed to change the booking by one day, to discover , that in fact , there was a no refund or cancellation available. We had booked , inadvertently, a price which doesn’t allow any changes. This information is only available if you expand on a part on their page. It is NOT easily seen or accessible Rather than loose the entire $381 they agreeed to charge us $411 per night flexible fare and then refund a portion of the balance.😳 (This is the absolute premium rate, which I definitely will never pay again. There are other options for accommodation, which I intend to explore ) We had to agree… otherwise we were out of pocket by $381. In short , be very careful what you book, it is very deceptive . As Rydges members we’ve booked hotels all over Australia I am very disappointed at their inflexible buisness model that doesn’t allow for unforeseen circumstances out of my control .

Disgusted in Ridges Palmerston. in the property of yours that you leave behind by accident and there is NO call to us to say we left anything behind. And then ring within 72 hrs they would call back in 15 minutes. Nothing then the next day have to re explain everything and told we would get a call back nothing again. The next day, another call and told that we have 72 hrs to claim. What a joke you are and we will make sure no one around us stays there again.

Paid $5000 for a calander month for a room while waiting for a property settlement, and caring for my disabled mother. Treated terribly, security very lax, I will never stay at a Rydges again at any location.
