Stayed for 2 nights on business trip. Had a studio room. Convenient with microwave and fridge as well as pod coffee in room. Good gym, sauna and pool facilities. Close to botanical gardens, mall and river. Beds are a bit soft. Recommended!
Have stayed at Capri a few times now and each time has been very good. The rooms are lovely, great blackout curtains and quiet that I slept for 12hrs! Location is great as well, right in the middle of everything. Above all I have to highlight what wonderful and helpful staff they have! They were super accommodating with some extra support I required for that visit, that will ensure my return visits continue!
Room are good size, bed comfortable. High humidity levels, bed sheets feel wet and towel dond really between showers. Room was not super clean, crumbs on the counter, hair in the sink. Nothing to go crazy but need to be noted. Able to sleep well, no sound through the walls. Good pressure in shower. Location is fantastic, close to everything we can imagine in the city. Service is amazing, staff is smiling, helpful, knowledgeable, they have the wow factor! We stayed 6 night's and it was great.
A well priced, well located little hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are basic though well enough appointed. Some more attention to basic cleaning and touch ups of rooms wouldn’t hurt though for the price and proximity to Brisbane, this hotel is strongly recommended. We would stay again.
I was check in at 6/25 Tuesday about 1 pm. First I must thanks for give me early check in and prepare the complimentary sparkling wine in the fridge of my room because i am Expedia VIP ,This show you hotel’s hospitality and I am very grateful. But there is a small problem that is not so good. When I am enter your lobby, there is a couple maybe husband and wife checking in, so the front desk man tell me to wait a second , Of course I have no problem with that. Then I wait about 10-12 minutes, they still not finish and there is a customer come out from elevator with his luggage and he try to cut in behind me , so I tell him I am second of that couple, he said ok. Maybe a few minutes later a caucasian young short lady come, the man after me go to her asking for help, the lady go to front desk want to help him, I want to say something but she told me to wait , the other gentleman who is helping the couple speak to her about I am earlier than the customer she want to serve, but she ignore him.So I wait until she finish serving that man then she told me go to the front desk and finish my check in. All the process you can watch your CCTV of front desk if you have. I must say I fell not comfortable with what the lady does, maybe for her just a few minutes problem, but my right had been violated, her colleague had told her I shall have priority than that man but she ignore me.i don’t know why she did this? I hope not because I am an Asian I don’t know? I like your hotel and I appreciate your hostility like I said , I believe that lady is professional but hope she notice her unfair treatment maybe make customers fell not comfortable. Finally I hope there will be no more customers be treated like me in your hotel ever again. 2night stay
