Clean, quiet and comfortable....the big three for me when it comes to a hotel. Rooms not overly large, but very clean with quality bedding. On site offers an indoor pool, gym and laundry facility. Highly rated restaurant next door. Quick walk to major shopping area and Central street public transportation station. Would stay here again without hesitation.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, being close to major attractions, shopping malls, restaurants, and the star casino, which made exploring the area so convenient. The room was clean and very comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. An added bonus is the free parking, which is incredibly convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

Not the best rooms considering the price. Not to mention for an "award winner" I was incredibly underwhelmed by the service provided and room conditions. Not to mention both my partner and I and our two friends (who stayed in the room next to us) received one toilet paper roll which would laughably be 1ply at best. Probably wouldn't stay again to be quite honest.

The bed was so comfortable, the view is amazing, great location and close to everything. Downsides were the room itself was not clean enough- the air vent was filthy, mould in the bathroom tiles, had a rubbish left in the recycle bin. I would have told reception this although the way they treated my complaint about asking for a repaired curtain remote or for us to remove the remote to reception was handled poorly. My daughter had found the remote (15 months old) and pulled a button battery straight out. I got this off her and was naturally worried as if we weren’t vigilant the possible scenario is dangerous. I was told by reception “put it in the cupboard it’s fine” when your cupboards are not lockable I do not believe this to be fine. $40 a night for parking is also ridiculous, this is not stated on booking.com and comes as a surprise. Go down the road 3 night costs $30 if you don’t pull your car in and out. Will stay elsewhere in future. Also can’t call once you leave as there is no number that works for the hotel

Great hotel, Fraser Hospitality at its finest. Nice gym and on-site laundry room (free). Restaurant downstairs a bit disappointing (great if you’re a big meat eater) Walking distance to the new Star Casino & Hotel
