Attended an event at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. I had a selection of different meals to try. I had the chicken which was really nice and juicy but also firm in a good way. The dessert was a little bit too sweet for my tastes but I could see other people enjoy it. Some of the portions could be improved. Staff attending to us were very nice. Overall I was really happy with the whole experience.

The BEST couple days stay at The Emporium for my partners birthday. We were greeted by super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful stylish atmosphere and provided complimentary champs and a patisserie dessert. So fantastic. The generous sized mountain view room was perfect even if it was their base room we had a fantastic and comfortable stay, foxtel on demand and fully stocked mini bar. It’s one of those rooms you can hang out in very happily in between adventures. The pool is off the charts, we enjoyed a great sauna and steam room. There’s an ice bath plunge pool which we didn’t use. The rooftop bar is gorgeous with amazing service. Loved the location and was able to walk most place or catch the water ferry. Couldn’t recommend The Emporium highly enough and do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a stay here.

The wine tasting event we attended was a delightful experience, enhanced by the inviting ambiance of the venue. Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the warm and cozy atmosphere, which set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable evening. The space was thoughtfully designed, allowing for an intimate yet casual experience. Our seating arrangement added to this, as we were fortunate to be seated at a table that perfectly facilitated conversation. The circular layout of the table ensured that everyone was within close proximity, making it easy to engage in meaningful discussions without having to raise our voices or feel distant from others. This setup encouraged a natural flow of conversation, allowing all attendees to participate comfortably and connect with each other over the shared experience of wine tasting. The intimacy of the seating brought a sense of togetherness that enriched our time there. Each person could easily share their thoughts on the different wines being sampled, creating a collaborative and interactive dynamic that made the activity even more enjoyable. The combination of a charming ambiance and an ideal seating arrangement made the event memorable. It wasn’t just about the wine; it was about the overall experience of being in a welcoming environment that fostered connection and conversation. The thoughtful details, from the venue to the seating, contributed to an evening that felt both engaging and memorable for everyone involved. 🙌

This was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at. Even the most basic room was luxurious and spacious! The rooftop pool is epic, though it is covered in shade by mid afternoon. But the view is stunning and the size is good, unlike some other hotels in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, the different facilities were great and the restaurants were quality. The only thing it’s missing is a buffet breakfast!

Wow! My partner and me were staying at the imperial at the Gold Coast and had a terrible time, we decided to come back to Brisbane and stay here they lived up to the five star service. The staff were amazing and I’m surprised how efficient and fast they were. Special shoutout to the manager Gwen for making our time there amazing can’t fault a single thing.
