We had a last minute stay in Brisbane and couldn’t be happier with our accommodation. The ladies at the front desk were professional and friendly. The room was clean, well appointed and had the most amazing view of the city and the river. Close to the Riverstage, which was perfect for the gig. We loved it, highly recommend!

Great location and friendly staff. Stayed here recently and had a good experience, the staff were friendly, rooms tidy and is in a good central location. It was a busy week just before Brisbane Festival, with the hotel being fully booked, and our room wasn't quite ready at check-in time. Staff gave us some drink vouchers to use whilst we waited. In the end it wasn't even a long wait for the room to be ready. Overall good experience.

I almost always stay here when I’m in the city because it’s consistently good. I wouldn’t say it’s amazing, but it is always good and reasonably priced. You know you’ll get a comfy bed, clean room and a decent breakfast, and the staff is always helpful and pleasant.

My room was small but pleasant and clean with a lovely view across the Brisbane River to Southbank. The bed was comfortable, and the temperature was easy to control during my 3-night stay. I appreciated the blackout curtains. I enjoyed the pressure of the shower but was disappointed at the lack of hanging space for my clothes. It would have been nice to have a hairdryer in my room.

This hotel is extremely well located, and if you are lucky enough like we were, we had a spectacular view across the Brisbane River. Staff are polite and efficient. Rooms are compact but well equipped and spotless.
