Spacious room, friendly service, good location. Found the rooms clean and comfortable with a good selection of glasses and mugs for coffee/tea etc. located very close to the South Bank parklands and promenade which is great for running/walking/cycling. Easy access to city. Only complaint is that from my room on level 10 I could hear loud music from either one of the function rooms, which thankfully didn’t go too late into the evening. Would stay here again for sure.

Location fantastic and staff were lovely. Room comfy and clean. One particular issue that we were not impressed with, was that upon arrival we found out that the pool was closed all afternoon for a private event. We were there for one night, and had planned to relax at the pool for a while before going out. We paid for a hotel with a pool, and the pool wasn't available! We should have been notified on booking, and / or price should have been reduced. This is very wrong that a pool which is advertised as a facility for all patrons, is closed for a private function. Not happy.

My elderly mum and I stayed 7 nights and had an amazing experience. The staff were so helpful and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. I really appreciated the Surprise Birthday note and chocolates. The buffet breakfast was amazing as well. The concierge were nothing short of brilliant. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Thank you

Well located in South Bank. The service at reception was abit of a mixed bag depending on who served us. Check in was pretty good but check out was appalling. I raised an issue about our room which required attention but the reception staff member was not interested nor were we asked how our stay was.! We didn't get much sleep on Saturday night as the music from the party at the pool deck was abit too much and went on well into the night. The pool it'self is very small and I was surprised that the pool deck was open to the public with entry direct from the street. The room was clean and had obviously recently had a face lift but the bathroom was ridiculously small. The extraction fan in the bathroom didn't work and the mirror was peeling obviously a result of the fan not working. The basin and mixing tap was incorrectly positioned and not practical to use. The balcony paving needs attention as all the grout requires work. There was also a fair bit of mould on the balcony. I don't believe this hotel is worth the fee they charge. Disappointed to be honest.

Had an amazing weekend. The location is exceptional with the exhibition centre attached to the back of the hotel, a fabulous restaurant and bar downstairs and the entirety of South Bank at your door. Staff went above and beyond for us during our stay.
