We have found our favorite hotel. Can't complain about anything. We arrived early after disembarking from a cruise in Brisbane so we could store our luggage. We knew we couldn't check in until 3:00pm and did expect to get in early, but not long after we received an appreciated phone call from the lovely lady we spoke to at reception to say our room was ready and we were welcome to back and complete our check in. We were quickly given our room key and went to our room where our bags were already there waiting for us. The room was spotless, and view was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable we had slept in, in our whole holiday. In the morning, we went down for breakfast, and that too was the best breakfast we'd had for our whole holiday. I am gluten intolerant and it great to be told, by another lovely lady who greeted us, that there was a gluten free section which included bread (with separate toaster), delicious muffins and cereals. All other items in the buffet were clearly marked. There was plenty to choose from. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer in this hotel. We will definitely be back. We can highly recommend this hotel, perfect location, great friendly staff, spotless room and the most comfortable bed.

The only good thing about our stay was the rooftop bar and the bartenders having good knowledge and amazing recommendations on drinks. We got there for 3pm check in and couldn't check in till 4. No apologies were given. Got to our room and there was rubbish in the bin. The room smelt dirty and all the food in the mini bar was expired we let someone know and nothing was done about it. Again no apologies were made.. I'm also still waiting for my security deposit back. Most likely won't be back. Not great value for money

Beautiful hotel and in a fantastic location. Close to heaps of restaurants etc, but unfortunately our night was interrupted by a constant leak and dripping onto the hard tiled floor, couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Called reception to hopefully move rooms at midnight but was provided with some additional towels to clean up and catch the drips. :( Thought they may have comped our breakfast at-least but was only offered an apology and told it happens all the time.

The cafes food was amazing. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Our room was so spacious, we loved it! It was more like an apartment. The bed was very comfortable and roomy. The bathroom had four towels between two of us which was a nice surprise. The room also had a fully stocked mini bar and coffee machine. The room was soundproof and the aircon was nice and cold. Also great block out curtains. We have found our new go to place for stays in Brisbane. Car parking was easy and affordable.

I attended the hotel for work trip, Found the service very friendly in the bars, the downstairs ground level had really nice coffee for the morning but furniture needs an update, buffet breakfast was excellent and loved the outdoor seating, I did use the gym once it was ok but a bit dated. Whilst there my only real complaint was one of my rooms a/c was not working or faulty and had to request it be looked at which took the day to resolve, overall the hotel was fantastic and would stay again. I would advised though the front desk does more to promote the in house facilities here as it was only due to wanting a quiet weekend in the hotel that I found the great food and services on offer otherwise I could have easily eaten and had drinks elsewhere.
