Definitely a great culinary experience! I tried dishes I had never seen before. The place is really nice and offers a beautiful view of the city. I went in the afternoon and got to watch the sunset — it was a bit windy, but that’s not the restaurant’s fault, so overall the experience was great. The staff were generally attentive. It’s a place worth visiting and coming back to from time to time!

Great food, beautiful scenery and lovely staff. Met here for a celebration with family around early afternoon and there were about 3 other tables seated. Food and drink is ordered via QR code, which caused a bit of confusion with some of the less tech savvy of the group but that’s our own user error. Drinks came out swiftly and food was timely and delicious. We all loved the corn ribs and the wagyu tartare! By the time we left, people were starting to fill up seats for the late afternoon. It was nice to have a celebration with a bit of space to breathe and roam before the busy arvo rush. As a lil tip, if you’re ordering anything that comes served in an ice bowl, maybe ask for some extra napkins, as it did leak in the afternoon sun and travelled to our laps haha. But, c’est la vie.

We recently visited Soko Rooftop and, due to the weather, had to move our table inside. The team was very accommodating with this change, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. After being seated and having our order taken, the only time staff returned was when we called them over for assistance. Our wine order was incorrect, and when we tried to order another bottle, we were told it wasn’t available. The food was equally disappointing. The dishes we ordered, spicy tuna and beef tartare. Apparently served on sticky rice rather than the crispy base described, which completely altered the experience. One staff member did agree to remove one of the uneaten dishes, but failed to clear the other “crispy rice” tartare, leaving it on the table throughout. For the next 90 minutes, we poured our own wine, with no service offered, and eventually left feeling shocked that such a seemingly civilised establishment could deliver the worst food and beverage experience we’ve ever had in Brisbane.

We had an excellent time! The staff were warm and attentive, food is 5star and the view while watching river fire was amazing! Prices are reasonable and the entertainment was great! Highly recommend! Will be back for sure!

Great location and food! The service from staff was superb. Not to mention the live DJ and entertainment, and the view. Would definitely come back!
