The venue itself is quite good, no long queue's at the bar or restaurant but the meals (specifically the steaks) were below average in quality and price. I don't visit the Hamilton regularly and it's been over a year since my last visit but the quality of the meals has gone down substantially.

The Hamilton hotel is my local and I often enjoy a nice steak at the restaurant. This time however we ordered a seafood pasta, which was one of the worst pastas I have ever tasted. It was also riddled with crustacean shell which made it inedible. The pasta was returned to the kitchen only to see the manager on duty bring the rejected meal back to the table to argue about it, finally agreeing to replace the meal. It was a very disappointing evening at The Hamo!

I have eaten many steaks in my time, and very few come close to the tenderness and perfection that my eye-fillet steak arrived with at the Hamilton Hotel. I wish I had asked for his name but I could see from my seat that a fellow with a curly twisted moustache was preparing my meal in the kitchen. Props to you! And thank you for your amazing service :)

Attending an 80s Nightclub event following a meal. The dining experience was okay and the food was reasonable. The event was fabulous, and the bar staff were friendly, however we were surprised to be served alcohol in plastic glasses, particularly since it was a more mature crowd.

Had the wagyu rib fillet med to well. Cooked absolutely perfect. Tasted awesome and loved every bite. Thank to the chef for a great steak. The garlic bread with cheese and bacon was top shelf and thanks to Loren for the iced chocolate my little man loved it.
