We have now been located at Corporate House Murarrie for over 12 months and it has been a great experience. Overall the facilities are professionally managed and always kept in a clean and well maintained condition. The surrounding atmosphere and fellow tenants allow for a good productive environment. I cant praise the Corporate House staff highly enough for their professional manner and ongoing assistance - not just, when we first became tenants, but also on an ongoing basis. Especially the Office Manager Maddi Clarke. I would have no hesitation in recommending this facility for any company looking for a professional suite with which to present a corporate image to their respective clientele.
As a Virtual Office (Mail Only Service) client of Corporate House Murarrie we have been extremely disappointed. The light at the end of the tunnel has been dealing with Dougal Blennerhassett, General Manager of Corporate House. We do hope that in the future, the Team at Corporate House Murarrie, are capable of delivering on Dougal’s honest commitment to delivering the best possible service to their clients.
We recently booked a meeting room for 8 hours at Murarrie from 8:30pm till 5:30pm. After paying we were told that we would have to vacate at 5pm as they don't stay open any longer. It would have been nice to know this up front. Be aware that there is a distinct lack of parking available at this location. If you do choose to use this location, plan to arrive early as you may have to park away quite a bit. The closest options are on the other side of the street on Lytton Rd or in the suburbs behind the complex. I arrived 15 minutes early on the day to set up the room but I was asked to take a seat and wait until 8:30am before I could access the room. I thought this was a little rude considering I've paid for 8 hours and am only being given access for 7 and a half. I'm not one to make a fuss so I waited as requested. The room we were allocated was called the 'Small Boardroom'. It was clean and quite large with excellent Wifi coverage. The room temperature was comfortable as were the chairs and the desk height was good for working. We had originally booked a 5 chair meeting room however only 4 chairs were available. Luckily we didn't require the other chair on the day. There was a double power point near the table, with one point taken up by the TV. There was another double point at the other end of the room but out of reach of the table unless you had a very long power cord. Luckily I had brought along a power board so that we could all plug in. The TV on the wall was only just a bit bigger than our laptop screens with a very low resolution. We ended up using an iPad for our video calls instead of the TV. We went out for lunch and asked if we could lock the meeting room as we had quite a bit of expensive equipment with us. We were told that they don't normally lock the meeting rooms. I had to really insist on this and when I asked will someone be available to let us back in the response was "I guess I'll have to, won't I". Again, coming across a little rude which didn't sit well with us on our first visit to a Corporate House facility. The facilities were adequate and there is complimentary tea and coffee available however there were no cups available to make use of these amenities. There is a cafe on site however it was closed by mid afternoon. So all up not a great first impression of a Corporate House location and if we can avoid it we certainly won't choose this location again. This is mainly due to the painful parking situation and the attitude from reception. Who know's, maybe the receptionist was just having a bad day :)
Building 1. Very clean offices and welcoming staff. Professional outfit.
Nice buildings but why didnt they take parking into consideration. You might be parking across the street
