The Inchcolm was nothing short of extraordinary for my daughter’s wedding. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The staff went above and beyond—professional, attentive, and genuinely warm—making everyone feel completely taken care of. Our daughter selected the five-course Chef’s Tasting Menu for the wedding dinner, and it was, without a doubt, the best decision they could have made. Every dish was a masterpiece—beautifully presented, perfectly balanced, and absolutely delicious. A heartfelt thank you to Matt, whose culinary expertise truly made the evening unforgettable. His food wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience—elevating the celebration and adding something truly special to an already magical day. Exceptional venue, outstanding service, and world-class cuisine—The Inchcolm delivered perfection in every way.
We were lucky enough to stay at the charming Incholm and were very impressed. It felt like stepping back in time for a weekend (in the best way possible!) The Gatsby High Tea was great, made better by the three martinis included. Great ambience and attentive staff. Our city view loft room was spacious and clean. Easy 10min walk to Eagle St restaurants too. The Inchcolm is a Brisbane gem. Thanks for hosting us!
Made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Like stepping back in time to where people took the time to consider the best outcomes for the patron. Room was very comfortable with a blend of old world charm and modern fixtures. Quiet at night. Restaurant downstairs offered intimate surroundings, live background music and the food was 5 star quality and larger portion sizes than expected. If you're looking for an intimate getaway that offers a bubble balancing modern convenience with antiquity, allowing you to enjoy Brisbane as a tourist destination, then this place is for you. Special mention to the care and attention afforded by the restaurant staff, and in particular Cindy, who went out of her way to look after us. The musician that played jazz in the background had a voice that was pitch perfect and sounded like Christopher Cross. All round thumbs up.
Stayed here with my husband for a weekend getaway. The room was amazing and spotless, food and cocktails at the bar were also excellent. Staff were polite and super accommodating. I loved the style of the hotel, especially the lift.
Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at to date. Staff were top notch, room was immaculate, bed was super comfortable. The whole hotel had this homely atmosphere and it felt inviting. I will definitely be staying here again in the future 10/10 Updated TVs would be nice if they were instead the ones with apps on them but we didn’t care.
