Quirky little bar with excellent atmosphere. DJ was great. Unfortunately the air-con was broken so it was stuffy and hot. Staff were lovely and helpful but seemed thrown when we ordered something that wasn't on their limited cocktail menu. Worst French martini that I have ever tasted in a tiny glass that they half filled. I'm not confident that they even got the ingredients right as I'm pretty sure I saw him use raspberry cordial instead of raspberry liqueur.
We stayed last Thursday 10th October for one night. Thank you to everyone who made us feel so welcome and have the best experience. Nothing was a problem to find decaf capsules, booking in earlier, recommendations at dinner, to find a flower and to have gluten free options for breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious with great decor and finish. Thank you to all the staff! I can’t wait to come back to room 112.
Harry & Daniel the front desk managers were both kind and customer service was simply top notch! Made sure we are all good with our daily needs. Great crew! Both were outstanding! Thank you for your fantastic customer service! Cheers
Hotel has character but everything else ruins that. Rooms are comfy but mine smelled. Terrible continental breakfast despite the big tale they tell about their great dining experience. The shower pressure was poor and took ages for hot water. Rarely anybody at the service desk to deal with issues. The hotel is also over the top in its marketing and what it promises so it’d be better if this was toned down.
10/10 Exceptional Stay at The Inchcolm Hotel! We recently stayed at The Inchcolm Hotel, a delightful 4-star dog-friendly hotel located in the heart of Brisbane's CBD. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the building's stunning architecture and sophisticated blend of historic and modern styles, which added an extra touch of elegance to our stay. The warm and welcoming atmosphere extended to our furry friend as well. The hotel provided a thoughtful welcome pack for our dog, including treats, a toy, food, water, and a very comfortable bed and blanket – truly making it feel like a home away from home for our pup. The customer service at The Inchcolm Hotel was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Our spacious and well-appointed room featured a separate living area that allowed us to unwind in comfort and style. We were delighted with every aspect of our stay and highly recommend The Inchcolm Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, pet-friendly experience in Brisbane. Thank you for a wonderful stay – we can't wait to return!
