•It’s all starts with the location…perched above the Coral Sea where the tropical rainforest meets one of the seven natural wonders of the world – The Great Barrier Reef. Sound impressive? We’re just getting started… From humble beginnings many moons ago we became well known to locals as the iconic fountain on the mountain. After all these years in the business we’ve come to know a great deal about what it takes to be one of Tropical North Queensland’s most iconic venues.

Love this place , food is always fresh and tasty, service is great and not over priced. Not to mention the priceless views. If you come to trinity beach, this has to be on your to do list :)
Wednesday lunch. Two entrees - Buffalo wings, which were tasty with good dipping sauce and a snapper cerviche , diced with avocado, onion, chilli and a wonderful mango sauce. Great view overlooking Trinity beach and friendly, attentive service.
My daughter and I ate dinner here 2 nights in a row. (Friday & Saturday) We were staying nearby so this venue was ideal. The cocktails were so good and the food came out quickly. Staff were friendly. We did book each night online in case it was super busy. Friday evening was busier than Saturday. The atmosphere was relaxed and you have the option to dine inside or outside. Great place to visit for a casual dinner. I highly recommend the espresso martini and the French martini 😊
We enjoyed the salt and pepper calamari, parmi and 2 kids meals. All served quickly. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach. Loved it
I was really disappointed with my dining experience at Trinity Beach Tavern. For a $44 meal, the quality fell far below expectations. The steak was overcooked and a tiny portion—I asked for rare but was served medium-well. The sweet potato fries were soggy and tasted too earthy, lacking any appeal. The garlic cream sauce was bland and under-seasoned, doing little to enhance the dish. The salad was your standard pub-style mix, but it lacked flavour and creativity. It seemed like it was dressed with a generic bottled French dressing, likely straight from a Coles or Woolworths shelf. Overall, the meal was disappointing and definitely not worth the hefty price tag. I wouldn’t return based on this experience.
