TLDR - The QT did not live up to my expectations with subpar service. Great space for an accessible room. Was able to be provided an assessible shower chair. Room was so dusty i broke out in hives in the middle of the night. Room service took the remote control and took a lengthy amount of time to get a replacement remote. Requested Reception and Valet to help charge the car to commute home and they did not. Valet did not know how to open the vechile and was not comfortable with driving the vechile. There was food left in the foyer for 3 days which was never picked up. The hotel is boasting with a vibrant industrial chic aestetic. Upon arrival we struggled to understand where to park the car as they were providing a valet service. Called and they were prompt and helpful. However they knew i had limited mobility and did not offer support or help to move luggage. Valet took around 10 minutes to bring up the vechile. I had requested to charge the car as we were commuting back to sydney. They said they would charge the car but upon driving we were surpised to see it wasnt charge. We were glad that the valet person was honest and didnt know how to operate the car and requested us to move the car on their own but its a common car and we were suprised staff had not been trained. The room cleaners took away our remote control and it took a lengthy amount of time for a replacement to be provided. I had to request a further clean as the first night i broke out in hives and couldnt sleep. They priovided further dusting the day after which was great and resolved the issue. There was food left in the foyer of my level for 3 days which was not picked up which left us very surprised as it was right next to the lift. I was able to be provided an assessibility shower chair ontop of the bench they had which was very handy. Was able to speak to ask for room service with the package we had as my knee had a bit of a blow up.

I had a date with my friend and the manager Jo was really fantastic. He and Finn made amazing drinks and the service was out of the world. I would highly recommend this place to meet up chill out and have a nice evening at QT rooftop bar.

Arranged a close get together for my 40th and we were so lucky for amazing weather as well as great service for an afternoon at the QT Rooftop Bar. Ordered the set menu food which all the girls agreed was top notch. Food was made fresh and well delivered. We definitely were not left hungry. The drinks - in which majority was cocktails were all made so well kept on flowing when requested. The staff was very accommodating as I bought my own cake and didn’t charge an extra surcharge compared to other places I had enquired. I forgot the managers name on duty that night - but the biggest thank you for making the afternoon to early evening so memorable and fun for me and my girls. Highly recommend to use this place for a small gathering - less than 10 pax as there is plenty of seating for your crew and the atmosphere was relaxing and of course beautiful! Already been back for an after work drink! Thank you again QT Melbourne.
