📍@riverlandbar, Melbourne CBD Riverland Bar is Melbourne's most iconic waterfront destination tucked beneath @fed.square in the CBD 😍 This is the perfect place to hang out with friends in the city, where you can have a few drinks, nice food and get the most beautiful river views ✨️ We had a great catch-up over drinks, arrived there when it was still bright and left after many hours of drinks and conversations 😂
The serenity ... a great escape from the Sunday protesters above ... Midday to late afternoon, if not for the background music and the noise above, it would be a great solitude drinking place ... what a gorgeous historical drinking venue ... next yo the Yarra River. By night is a different vibes altogether.
cool pub overlooking the city skyline at a prime location so that was nice! we asked for a pale ale and the bartender poured a draught i’m guessing he was autopilot-ing it hahah it happens. the cheeseburger patty was also overdone and bitter, pretty hard to mess one up considering it’s a common pub meal. the fries were good and crispy though. highlight of the night was the pumpkin and sage gnocchi, so SO good! the best i’ve had around Melbourne pubs actually. the crispy gnocchi paired with the sweet creamy sauce was sooooooooooo perfect i’d come back just for that. overall, pretty solid place but imo only worth it during happy hours or lunch/dinner special periods. thanks for a gr8 night
Great spot in a prime location looking out over the river. Beer was cold and crisp and hit the spot! Fries were meh but that’s ok! It wasn’t too busy when we went and you seat yourself and order up at the bar. Tables were slow to be cleared and cleaned though meaning a few of the available tables weren’t wiped, so keep that in mind when seating yourself. Otherwise cannot complain :)
A very chill bar by the Yarra River. Happy hour on weekdays from 4-7, 10AUD for a pint. Food is above average and service is good as well. Highly recommended!!!
