Our second year in a row staying here while attending LIV Golf and this stay was just as good, if not better than the last. The staff are so welcoming and helpful and the personal touches in the room when we arrived we so thoughtful. The rooms are lovely and clean, the beds super comfy and have all the amenities you need. The buffet breakfast is a must and the bar on the 6th floor is a lovely spot to spend an afternoon with a few cocktails and looking out over the Adelaide skyline. Will definitely stay here when we are back next year!
Awesome experience staying here, the staff are amazing, rooms very clean and to add to the experience my son fell extremely ill and the staff was amazing with how they handled my requests. The only thing I didn't like was the bacon being cooked on a grill in the morning, needs to be cooked on a hotplate. Besides that breakfast was great. I would certainly recommend this hotel
We stayed here over the Christmas period and found the location excellent for getting in and around Adelaide. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The balcony screens could do with a clean but the outlook from the room over the parklands was fantastic. Downstairs breakfast is a must. Great food and friendly chef. A little sad happy hour wasn't open on Sunday.
We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay here. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions, dining options, and transportation. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warm welcome set the tone for a wonderful experience. In particular, the doormen were exceptionally polite, friendly, and attentive, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room was impeccably clean and well-appointed. While a bit on the cozy side, it had all the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, with a thoughtful layout that made the most of the space. Breakfast was another highlight; the variety and quality of options provided an abundant and satisfying start to the day. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, prime location, and attention to detail. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Adelaide and hope to stay a little longer next time.
Very modern, clean, a comfortable bed, & I enjoyed that I could stream from my phone to the TV. Staff were friendly. Had some issues with the floor level beside lights not turning off at night, & the TV standby screen turning on randomly at night, which made me keep waking up. No microwave in the room, & the mini fridge was completely full with minibar stuff, so it was difficult to store your own things. Had to pay $17 per day for parking, which I've never had to do before at a hotel. It was secure, but it's very limited spaces. For the high price of the rooms, parking should be free.
