We recently stayed in this hotel, and the experience was magical. The rooms were very clean,amenities super efficient,service very friendly,staff very helpful and their overall service is generous and thoughtful. We loved the spa and the fact that they allow you to enjoy your stay without bother. We had a nice view of the town and managed to be caught up with one or two nice events happening at the place indicating just how well people appreciate the service. I loved the red,white,pink, and yellow hibiscus flowers outside the hotel, not forgetting the generous buffet breakfast. Anytime I go to Adelaide, this is my place of stay, definitely 😉❤️❤️❤️
The hotel itself was great and the bed was very comfortable. However, the in-room dining experience left much to be desired. I would strongly advise against ordering the Thai chicken curry — it was filled with chicken skin and poor-quality meat, making it nearly inedible. While we were refunded for one of the curries, the hotel refused to refund the second simply because we had tasted some of the broth. To make matters worse, the receptionist knocked on our door multiple times while I was asleep and then called, waking me up just to relay this information. It was an unnecessary disturbance and added to the disappointment. Overall, a mixed experience — lovely accommodations, but the service and food quality need improvement.
Accommodation everywhere is expensive these days, and Rydges is no exception. But the staff are friendly and accommodating. This particular room is small but clean. The bed is very comfortable which is probably the most important part of being in a hotel. It's relatively quiet, with a slight hum from the fridge. Block out blinds do a good job. Overall I'm pretty happy
Wow. What a great 2 nights I've had here. Staff were beyond fantastic. Bed very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Carpark pool spa small gym bar restaurant all on site. Would come back. Again Staff is a credit to this company.
Awesome experience staying here, the staff are amazing, rooms very clean and to add to the experience my son fell extremely ill and the staff was amazing with how they handled my requests. The only thing I didn't like was the bacon being cooked on a grill in the morning, needs to be cooked on a hotplate. Besides that breakfast was great. I would certainly recommend this hotel
