Adelaide Oval is one of the most beautiful and well-maintained stadiums I’ve visited. The atmosphere is incredible, whether it’s cricket, AFL, or a concert. The seating is comfortable, views are clear from almost every angle, and the entire venue is clean and well-organised. The staff are efficient, security checks are smooth, and the food options inside the stadium are surprisingly good. The lighting, sound system, and overall energy of the place make every event feel special. The outside area around the river is also great for photos and walking. Highly recommended for sports fans, tourists, or anyone attending an event in Adelaide.

I had a fantastic time seeing my favourite band Metallica playing here. The sound wasn't the greatest but that didn't stop me from having a good time. The staff went out of their way for a smooth exit. People weren't crawling over each other and I felt safe to meet my lift home. Evanescence was brilliant, I haven't seen them perform before now and I hope they return on their own tour and I'd prefer to see them again at Marvel Stadium Melbourne 👍

Phenomenal Venue! Adelaide Oval is a Certified Concert Powerhouse! We attended Adelaide Oval for the first time, traveling over from Melbourne for the massive Metallica concert on Wednesday, November 5th. Yes! You guessed it—we came for the metal, and the venue delivered on every single front. For an open-air venue hosting such a huge event, I was immediately impressed by the sheer space and layout. Even though the place was packed and absolutely electric with energy, it was remarkably easy to navigate. The facilities and amenities were great, and every staff member on deck for the concert was professional and genuinely helpful. What truly stood out was the atmosphere. For a massive stadium show, the space felt surprisingly intimate, and critically, the sound was truly METAL! The acoustics were fantastic, making the live music experience unforgettable. 🎸🎸🎸⚡⚡⚡ We loved our entire experience at the Adelaide Oval. It's a world-class venue and absolutely the place to catch a show. Thanks for an incredible night!

Adelaide Oval is easily one of the best venues I’ve ever visited. Every time I’ve been there, it’s been an incredible experience. The atmosphere is electric, whether it’s for a cricket match, footy game, or a live concert. The crowd energy, the views, and the overall vibe make it something special. The facilities are world-class, with great seating, easy access, and plenty of food and drink options. The staff are friendly and always helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. The Oval itself is stunning, especially when it’s lit up at night with the city skyline in the background. What stands out most for me is how well everything is organised — from parking and entry to crowd management and amenities. Every visit has felt smooth and enjoyable. If you’re in Adelaide and haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. It’s not just a venue — it’s an experience. Absolutely the best of the best.

Great location and has an excellent atmosphere. Went for an AFL match and made plans ahead of time with friends and got there very early so we could access seats. Use a walker and found challenges. There were many free parks closer to venue but disability was still on lawn and after the rain getting through the mud was difficult. In the venue there was a good size ramp to access seating and there was disabled areas. Lucky we got there early to access. Prices are high, which is expected. Accommodates more for able body people which is discouraging as it often makes it too hard to frequent locations like this. If I didn't have assistance I would not be able to venture here and enjoy.
