Do yourselves a favour a book your accommodation here. Wonderful experience that was far more than just a good nights sleep. Beautifully restored historic buildings on a working farm. Make sure you book the dinner they offer, it was delectable, entertaining and great value. You meet other travellers as Greg educates about the history of the farm over a beverage and cheese board. Then in the morning, play a round of golf on the property (hire clubs available). Course was kept in great condition. Loved our stay!

Our family of golfers stayed one night and wished we had booked a few nights. The room was modern but kept that colonial feel. The course was a terrific experience (beware the last 4 holes). The beds were compfortable and the showers were awesome. The staff were very welcoming and the food was 1st class. Highly recommend you stop. The pub in Bothwell also has amazing food.

Beautiful accommodation and service, Peter was a great host. Our first time in tassie and had the best holiday. The main homestead needs a little TLC though, but was great to sit around the fire in the main room.

Played Ratho Farms today in the tail end of a Barnbougle golf trip and what an awesome experience! A historically enjoyable course that that is much more than just a novel enjoyment. Greg was an incredible host which turned the Ratho Farm experience into the highlight of the trip! Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Amazing experience and hospitality from the initial contact via email, warm welcoming, excellent room (Premium Room) with a verandah facing the rivulet and a delicious 3-course dining experience which ended with some entertaining and historic storytelling! Thanks Michael and Jo for the unforgettable experience and for accommodating our unique requests, we will be back 😀
