However, as we’re a flexible bunch here at Boots and believe that you gotta fight for your right to party, any unstated wants or needs can happily be chatted-out. Boots doesn’t believe in room-for-hire fees, even in Melbourne’s exxy inner-city. So, if having the run of the joint is your desire, the only Boots requirement is that a minimum-spend or minimum attendance be reached for the evening. This is called the Bring ya Nan or The Turnout option. The mandatory minimum-spend or guaranteed patron numbers requirement is dependent on your preferred time-of-the-year and, of course, day-of-the-week. Boots’ ample floorspace allows us to confidently cater for mass bookings, totally free of a minimum spend requirement. This is called our Public House option. We recommend this carefree package for parties of at least 70 people. So, if you don’t mind forfeiting complete customisation and are happy to share Boots with some of Burnley’s finest, a vast section can be configured to your likely. I have never written a google review before but Concrete Boots Bar deserves one! I did the bottomless brunch this weekend with three other people and it was the best bottomless experience we have all done. The service was impeccable, the drinks were delicious and I still cannot get over the range of drinks available in the bottomless package. All the food was delicious, I particularly loved the Mac and Cheese balls! The staff were absolutely lovely and made the experience all the more enjoyable, we all felt really valued as a customer. Would definitely recommend trying out this bar! I will back soon.
Concrete Boots hosted my book launch and I couldn't fault them! From the communication beforehand from Andy and Jes, to the way the venue was prepared, the welcoming atmosphere and the amazing food - everything was perfect. I can't recommend this team and venue highly enough!
Hosted a birthday party here recently and was extremely happy with the venue. If you are looking for a venue in a good location, a relaxed ambience and friendly staff, then this is the spot for you. Andrew and the team made it incredibly easy and stress-free to plan the event. They were flexible and responsive to my needs. The food was excellent and no guests were left hungry. We recently celebrated a 50th birthday at Concrete Boots, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we booked this venue, to the day of the event, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The ambiance of the venue was warm and inviting, that set the tone for a fantastic and memorable evening. The event space was spacious yet intimate, accommodating our group of 80+ comfortably while still providing plenty of room for dancing and mingling. The lighting and sound system was great creating the perfect atmosphere for both the DJ, Speeches and of course lots of dancing. They had an awesome Photo Booth that was easy to use and a great addition to the night which all our guests had so much fun with! You were given the freedom to add your decorations for the night and the event manager Jes, went above and beyond to bring our vision together. One of the highlights was the food and drinks. The catering team delivered an impressive spread that catered to all our guests. The menu was thoughtfully curated, with a variety of options to cater to different dietary needs and tasted just as good as it looked. There was a great selection of beers, wine, spirits and cocktails to choose from! The service throughout the evening was impeccable. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, They were also quick to address any minor issues, which kept the event running smoothly. Overall, Concrete Boots exceeded our expectations in every way. They truly helped make this milestone celebration special and memorable for everyone who attended. I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host a celebration of any kind. We’ll definitely be back for future events!
My partner & I hosted our 11 year anniversary party at Concrete Boots and we couldn't have been more impressed with the venue. -- Staff -- Initial contact and coordination with Andrew was smooth and overall he is very friendly and open to assist with any organisational questions. On the night we had a dedicated event runner who was fantastic and made sure the night ran smoothly, & the rest of the team were lovely. -- Vibe -- On the night the vibe was fantastic, the space has a nice divide for both guests who like to party and those who would prefer to chat and chill. Many guests on the eve commented on how lovely the venue was and where we had heard about it. -- Food -- Nobody went hungry, there was a wide range of canapes which all tasted fantastic and included a number of options for our vegetarian and vegan friends. The kitchen was really accommodating when it came to allergies and were able to cater to everybody. -- Drink -- I personally don't drink but I heard lots of good things from those trying to drink their way through the impressively long list of on tap cocktails that were offered in the package we got. Overall we were blown away by the venue and would 100% recommend for anyone looking to host an event!
