I took my kids to Kingpin yesterday just before school started, and they absolutely had a blast! They played several games and had so much fun. A special shout-out to Emily at the entrance — she was incredibly nice and friendly and made us feel so welcome. She even surprised my kids with plush toys, which completely made our day! Such a pleasant experience with Kingpin and the whole team. We will definitely be back!

VERY DISAPPOINTING visit to Kingpin Melbourne. It was crowded yesterday and we attended to the claw machine as we usually do, spent a couple of hundred dollars and managed to picked it up, we were suppose to get the prize but it got stuck like a system error. Told a staff, took them 15 minutes or more to come only to tell us, we need to pick another one up to push it. Ill let the videos and pictures explain itself and you can decide if it’s a players fault that it didn’t get our points. Then we moved to the axe game, not only it couldn’t stick like how we used to play but it always aims not as what was hit. It just took away all the fun. Several machines when we wanted to play was not working properly but no signs or maintenance was to be done. Several staffs were rude, and very adamant about not wanting to help us because it isn’t a system error but how the game suppose to work. We have been there for the same games, we clearly know what should usually work and what shouldnt. The only staff that was really accommodating and polite was Melody. She checked our points and helped us with the prize redemption, not sure why but when she first scanned our points it came out different when she scanned the second time, as stated from another review, there is clearly no way that without redeeming anything points go disappear. Please do better Kingpin. PS : She sent an email but did not called us back. It’s been a month and we haven’t receive her call back even though she said she will call us back.

Can we please avoid rhythm game corners. It never works in Australia. Venues with games right next to each other should be banned. Unless you have a sound shield. You're making the experience unenjoyable, I cannot hear rhythm games specifically DDR, because there are other sounds going off when other music games are being played at the same time. How do you expect one to concentrate, enjoy or even hear the music. Do you ever consider the guest experience when you place these games near each other? Today I asked if it was possible to turn the volume up at DDR. The response from staff was "Unfortunately, we've been asked this previously and will look into it, just not today." Thats more than fine, if there is a ban on changing the volume during trading hours fine. However you do get more foot traffic during friday nights and weekends. I would highly suggest increasing the volume on ddr as other hand and rhythm games have headphone jacks so they can listen to their music at ease. Unfortunately, ddr being a cardio based foot game doesnt allow a headphone jack while playing. I highly highly suggest that ddr has its volume increased during busy periods for a more enjoyable experience. This would make the ddr community, who is left playing at crown a little more comfortable. Speaking of comfort where would ddr players be able to sit, wait or watch. I don't think sitting on the steps is a thing as its blocking laser tag attendees. Something else to consider. It's unfortunate that the volume request wasnt addressed, would you possibly have capacity to separate the music games instead? For managements consideration.

We recently had my son’s birthday party at Kingpin Crown and it was absolutely fantastic. The venue itself is always amazing, so that goes without saying, but the kids especially loved being able to choose their own kids meals. It made them feel really excited and included. What I really want to mention is the kindness and hospitality from all the staff. Every single child was welcomed warmly, their names were called individually, and the staff carefully took their orders with such friendliness and patience. A special thank you to Sophie, the manager, Grace who hosted the party, and another lovely staff member whose name I unfortunately can’t remember. Because of them, we truly had the best party experience. If you want to host a high quality party at a reasonable price, don’t hesitate to choose Kingpin Crown. We will definitely be coming back again next year and the year after! ⭐️

We held my son’s birthday party at Kingpin Crown and the party host Ella was absolutely wonderful, friendly, helpful and attentive the whole time. Everything was organised perfectly: games, food, seating, and all the little details. The kids had a blast and loved every minute. A huge thank you to Tahj, Ella and the team for helping us create such a memorable celebration. Highly recommend Kingpin Crown for any birthday or group event! 🎉
