Sitting on 12 acres of extensive landscaped grounds, Mantra Lorne is the largest residential conference venue in Victoria.They cater for small management groups to large conventions with over 500 delegates and also have a range of venue options from the boardrooms to the pillar free convention centre as well as offering eight additional meeting rooms for breakout sessions. They have their own on-site production department which offers an extensive range of audio visual equipment as well as decor and theming, entertainment sourcing and a complete stage management service. Furthermore the conference venue has a semi-permanent infrastructure in place which includes video projectors and screens, advanced audio system, theatrical lights, lecterns, microphones, dimmable house lights, permanent rigging structure and scissor lifts and multiple three phase power outlets in each room.If you and your team wish to stay the night, they have a variety of accommodation ranging from the centrally located full service heritage rooms, to studio rooms and one and two bedroom apartments. All together they can offer accommodation for 500 delegates, all of whom will have access to wireless internet connection which is accessible from the beach.

Conveniently located along the GOR in the peaceful town of Lorne with direct access to the beach, Mantra Lorne provides serenity with the amenities necessary for homely comfort. Appreciate the washing machine and dryers available, and the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoyed dinner at the Larder which served a delicious menu. The board games on loan kept the kids entertained. Big thank you to all the lovely staff for being approachable and always ready to help make our stay comfortable. Special shout-out to Kenny (hope I got her name correct) at the front desk. She was such a dear, being so friendly with the kids. Thank you for finding our daughter's darling doll and always engaging the kids in a lovely cheery manner. Overall a beautiful family escape! Only bummer was that the swimming pool was under maintenance throughout our 3 night stay :( But we'll be back to try it!

Beautiful location, good facilities but the room and bathroom in the first room need a little touch up. We stayed for 2 nights in a family 2 bedroom dual key, the other bedroom has a comfy bed but the other room with a bigger bed and the sofa bed it wasn’t comfy we couldn’t sleep well. It’s a lovely hotel but need a little bit improvement.

We stayed here on our way back from 12 Apostles to Melbourne. We book two bedrooms apartment with sofabed. Location is easy to reach, I think the rooms need a bit renew touch up. but overall it is a good hotel to stay. The lady at the receptionist also gave us one hour later to check out (if you sign up for Accor membership)

Overall my girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay Mantra Lorne. It's in a great location with good facilities. Unfortunately, the rooms was quite dated. We stayed in the Resort room which had stains on the carpet and the King bed had two single bed mattresses, which made it uncomfortable. We had daily buffet breakfast and dinner one night at the on-site restaurant, The Larder. Breakfast was very good, but the dinner was ordinary and overpriced for the quality.

What could be a great hotel wasnt quite. It's a bit tired. And could be really nice with some maintenance and styling. Breakfast was fine and that room was the best in the hotel. Outdoors was good offering many activities and was well maintained. Our bathroom had loose tiles which were not fixed (but reception said they would.) And our friends room was never serviced over the 3 days.... even after bringing it to their attention.
