•The food, service and atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. Ok it was Oktoberfest so it was pumping. My wife had the 1L glass of beer (I don’t drink alcohol) and she was pretty happy on the way out 👍🏽. - Munich platter, pork knuckle, pork belly, pork schnitzel, different types of sausages, mash, sauerkraut, red cabbage, apple something and gravy ALL awesome 🙌. It’s a lot and we had to doggy bag some. - Apple strudel, crispy, good filling not too sweet with ice cream, brilliant. - Almond pancakes with apple compote and berry compote, pretty good, could have done with a little whipped cream to cut through the slight sweetness and acidity. Service was amazing and I love tipping great service ❤️. Atmosphere was amazing helped being Octoberfest I guess. Thank you so much 🙏
I was invited to try this German restaurant recently. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. The food was fine — the sausages and sides were traditional and the portions were generous. Overall though, it just didn’t quite meet my personal standard. Everything felt a bit too normal and nothing really stood out to me. It’s a decent spot if you’re after classic German comfort food, but probably not somewhere I’d go out of my way for. Nice to have tried it, but not quite for me.
The beers were amazing! They currently have an Oktoberfest special, and we tried their limited-edition brews — a beautiful wheat beer and a stout — both were excellent. The location is great too, with a lively atmosphere that really fits the festive vibe. However, we were quite disappointed with the jalapeño cheese pretzel. It felt rushed — just a regular pretzel with a slice of cheese and a few pieces of jalapeño melted on top. I’ve been here several times and usually love the food, so this one was a letdown. Overall, still a great spot for beers and atmosphere, but the pretzel could use a little more love and effort!
Very happy experience in this German restaurant The servant is very nice and take us to the bar area so we can enjoy the performance. Germany Pork knuckle is a large one and delicious. German Dark Large is the best. The stage performance made the atmosphere great - happy and delighted. Recommended if you don’t mind the noise
Stopped in for a quick bit, it was really quiet but they still had the band playing g and some light entertainment. Their pretzels 🥨 are amazing and we just had a small share platter which was all really nice. Always worth a visit if you’re in the area. And want some good German food.
