Munich Brauhaus is a slice Oktoberfest, and Munich, in Melbourne. All year round. All 365 days of the year. For those who've lamented the lack of German beer halls in Melbourne, the time for lamenting is now officially over. Across multiple bars and multiple levels, Munich Brauhaus brings the delicious beer-loving vibes, hearty food and sense of a good time that you'd expect with an Oktoberfest celebration. It's worth noting the venue's size: the Wunderbar (a sprawling and high-ceilinged dining hall) fits up to 600 guests standing, or 300 seated. For smaller events, the Uber Bar fits up to 60 guests, and the King Ludwig Mezzanine for a slightly more private space – for events of up to 150 guests. And the spaces themselves? They befit the stylish South Wharf location, with loads of natural light, blonde wood, greenery, and definite hunting lodge hints.

The food, service and atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. Ok it was Oktoberfest so it was pumping. My wife had the 1L glass of beer (I don’t drink alcohol) and she was pretty happy on the way out 👍🏽. - Munich platter, pork knuckle, pork belly, pork schnitzel, different types of sausages, mash, sauerkraut, red cabbage, apple something and gravy ALL awesome 🙌. It’s a lot and we had to doggy bag some. - Apple strudel, crispy, good filling not too sweet with ice cream, brilliant. - Almond pancakes with apple compote and berry compote, pretty good, could have done with a little whipped cream to cut through the slight sweetness and acidity. Service was amazing and I love tipping great service ❤️. Atmosphere was amazing helped being Octoberfest I guess. Thank you so much 🙏

I literally love this huge spot, and went several times for their amazing meat platters and flowing german beer selection! Indoor and outdoor seating, and Staff is lovely too! Especially great for groups, would definitely recommend!

🍴Famous Crispy Pork Knuckle (whole) 🍴Jalapeño Cheese Pretzel The whole pork knuckle was a big portion, definitely a lot for two people. The beer gravy, apple compote, and the meat worked surprisingly well together even for someone trying it for the first time. The pretzel could have used more cheese since there was only a small amount on top. The large beers are better value here, and enjoying them outside with the view made the experience nicer. The prices are higher compared to other places, but it was still really busy. One visit was enough for me.

Had an excellent time at Munich Brauhaus in Docklands! The big venue makes it perfect for groups, and ordering & paying via QR code made everything super easy and smooth. The Munich Platter for 2 people that we shared was generous and tasty, exactly what a group outing needs. The mango beer was a standout, fun, refreshing and perfect for the occasion. It's great they accommodate larger groups seamlessly, the space is designed for it. Location and layout: lots of room, lively atmosphere that suits a group dinner or celebration. The QR code ordering and payment system meant we didn’t have to wrestle with separate bills or long waits. Highly recommend Munich Brauhaus if you’re planning a get-together with friends.

110$ for this. No flavor. I ordered the gluten free option, they said it come in a different schnitzel (is that Schnitzel?) that chicken didn’t even have salt. Is it hard to drop some salt? Doesn’t worth it. You better get the 40+ something crispy pork, what is kind of the same of what I ordered. Customer service, poor. She couldn’t explain what was the gluten free option, plus they forgot the gravy. So plain unflavored food.
