It’s the little things. Came for the Tuesday night steak special. It was tasty and okay. But cool to cold by the time it got to me. I also ordered onion rings and asked for a side of chilli sauce. Siracha or similar. For the privilege of a squirt of chilli sauce the apologetic wait staff said they would have to charge extra. I said not to bother. First time for me for a bit of chilli. For a special, there are better deals who do the little things better.

Came in for a few drinks and a meal with my daugher, it wasnt busy but still seemed under staffed. My daughter got her $30 burger never got her ketchup as requested, which i reminded the staff twice. Small point but if the kids are only eating because they are hungry and not enjoing the food then why bother.. To be honest though the burger cound be a lot better too for the price. Its a great spot but they need to consider the customers requests.

Hard not to stop, harder to not stay. Broad, long bar and resto with stylish lines and warm, dark colours with subdued lighting. I was here at 5pm on a Friday - my 55th birthday - and it was prolly ⅓ full. I suspect that had hung around even an hour more, there'd be many more folk in. I only stayed for one beer - a pint handle of Asahi ($15) - then skedaddled. I stood in the front bar with my handle admiring the matchbooks under the glass. Copper beer stills (stills?) at the end there hanging from the ceiling. I didn't get about the rest of the place as it was either busy, tabled or restricted for those eating.

Recommended this spot to a couple of friends and they loved this place as much as we did! Like everyone else who has reviewed this establishment, I’m super impressed by the unique interior and friendly staff. We had a delightful server whose name I didn’t catch and she gave great cocktail recommendations despite not being a drinker herself. We enjoyed everything we ordered especially the char grilled broccoli. Frosty Fruit is a cocktail I will fondly miss and will likely bug some bartender to recreate in the near future. We’ll definitely be back for more!

Good pub in the bush CBD area. Good service from the crew there and a good atmosphere inside. Food was alright went on their Parma day and the whole thing was a bit soggy to eat. Chicken wasn’t seasoned fully but the portion size was decent so good value I guess. Salad pretty ordinary but was alright.
