A large spacious bar in a prime location on the busy shopping street. There’s a handful of tables outside which are great for people watching with a drink, but inside there’s loads to admire in the decor, all in keeping with the natural history theme. The bar itself is large and spacious and the staff friendly and helpful, offering advice on the drink options available. Prices are reasonable given the central location and there’s a decent atmosphere. Toilets are large and clean too. Certainly somewhere I’ll be returning to!
Nice place and the interior design is very unique. The food portion is a bit smaller compared to other places. Overall, it's a good place.
Fantastic night with the boys for Trivia last Wednesday. Food was delicious (highly recommend the chicken tenders), great selection of beers and offers ,( I can’t remember exact pricing but I know I bought three very cheap pints of premium XPA). Quiz host was phenomenal and she really brought the energy. We will be back.
Great looking restaurant, but not worth the price tag you pay for a meal and drink. Food was average not horrible just expensive for what we got. We got the steak, which had reheated gross potatoes and 2 massive hand fulls of rocket called salad. The cocktails were horrible. But i could probably get over those. The service was the worse part, the staff seemed more interested in their own personal life. Took awhile to get served at first, the drinks took forever to come to the table and wasn’t worth the wait. I will note that the food did come pretty quick to the table. They did have gluten free options which is also positive.
Good pub in the bush CBD area. Good service from the crew there and a good atmosphere inside. Food was alright went on their Parma day and the whole thing was a bit soggy to eat. Chicken wasn’t seasoned fully but the portion size was decent so good value I guess. Salad pretty ordinary but was alright.
