From the very beginning, the experience with Evoqé Events was nothing short of extraordinary. Our journey started with Roan, who walked me through the site with such vision and confidence that he completely transformed the way I saw the space. The way he painted a picture of what could be achieved — that anything could happen in this venue — genuinely opened my eyes. It was that conversation that gave me the confidence to propose a sit-down luncheon, something ICN had never done before. That moment changed everything. The handover to Alicia was seamless. She was incredibly accommodating, endlessly helpful, and full of great ideas. She supported us through constant changes to menus and timings with calm professionalism and genuine care — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Her support made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and collaborative. Rob’s AV support was simply next level. The audiovisual offering was outstanding — the screens on the pillars completely set the scene and elevated the entire room. The camera-to-screen experience was far beyond what I expected, with close-up views that added real impact and energy to the event. We were so appreciative of the on-site team, who never missed a beat and ensured everything ran flawlessly. The food was incredible, and the service on the floor was exceptional — attentive, polished, and thoughtful to every guest. The overall experience exceeded our expectations in every way. We were truly thrilled and over the moon to have delivered such an amazing event at your venue. Evoqé Events played a pivotal role in its success, and we genuinely cannot wait to come back and do it all again.

Recently held a multi-day event at Evoque for approx. 100 guests and to say that the feedback was overwhelmingly positive is an understatement. Not only is the venue beautiful and spacious, but all of the planning in the lead up was seamless thanks to Alicia, Amy, Roan and the team there. We had some "different" requests with what we were trying to achieve, but nothing was too difficult for the team and they accommodated all of our needs. Special shout out to the new menu (and those preparing the food) as it received very high praise from some usually hard to please critics. Already looking forward to our next event at Evoque!

Evoqe events recently hosted our wedding reception. From booking and planning our wedding, there was nothing that was too much effort. The attention to detail setting up the space was impeccable. Serving our bridal party, guests in the manner in which they did, was truely a highlight of the evening. The service and food were truely standouts and a point of difference from weddings I’ve attended in the past. The kind and friendly wait staff really made my partner and I the centre of the evening. Alicia, Brad and Liam, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for perfect wedding reception. Your willingness to accomodate the most minute details, made the entire experience seamless. For those wanting a similar experience on their wedding day, I would recommend Evoqe events without hesitation. As we embark on our journey as husband and wife, we have left behind our fairytale dream wedding. It was nothing short of sensational, luxurious and classy all in one. Wed like to thank Q events and their staff for exceeding our expectations, the staff were absolutely outstanding providing a high level service. All the staff had nothing but a smile, their persona towards the guests was welcoming. From the antipasto to the main course was 10/10. The cocktails were the talk of the night. If your after a luxurious wedding with nothing short of high standards, we recommend Q events.

Who worked meticulously throughout the months leading up to our wedding 24.02.24, as well as the staff who delivered raving service. Our guest spoke highly of the friendly faces, food and warm atmosphere. They worked amazingly well with our vendors and were lovely to our family and friends who joined us on the day.
