How are room hire prices and catering charges structured?

Prices for Room Hire are separate from Catering. Each room has a minimum spend on catering:

• Double rooms: $1,200
• Auditorium: $1,750
• Whole floor: $5,500

Each room and event is customised depending on the capacity and hours of hire.
