The Carriage-side is home to our stylish cocktail bar, and private train-like carriages (or booths) available for dinner or cocktail reservations. The Toff’s kitchen is proudly Thai and offers a playful range of menu items including canapes, bar snacks, and more substantial main courses.
Dean was amazing — so nice and welcoming. He even lit our candle and truly lit up our night. Honestly, the best worker there all night. Couldn’t have asked for better service, so lovely and kind :) I would come back to see dean any day of the week 😂
At other places for the same price, you get cocktails that feel like art and taste like pure bliss. Here, they feel like a punch to the face and taste like regret. It’s the kind of regret you feel when you realize that, unlike a burnt meal, you can't exactly send a drink back. It’s a shame because the atmosphere is actually quite lovely.
Came here on a whim - immaculate atmosphere, good happy hour options. One of the managers "Shay" was wonderful and kind enough to let me know of a couple others bars as an out of towner. Def recommend
I was actually intrigued by the lighting and the small private booths. It felt like it was more designed for couples with the vibe it sets. I personally liked the decor and just had a drink from the bar. The food menu did not seem to attract my attention and just seemed abnoxiously expensive. Even their drinks were on the higher end. They do have other events like comedy or live music, which might be of interest for others to check out. In fact, they had a comedy show going on the night i visited. They are located in the second floor of the Curtin house.
One level up Curtin house and as my friend said, prices went up by one dollar lol. We got a small booth and did a few shots and cocktails. Fries were $8, and a reasonable portion, which was cheap. Male bartender was friendly, female not so much. The booth has a bell you can push to place orders. Toilets had crude graffiti but clean. Accessible by lift as well as stairs.
