I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Yarra River Cruise in Melbourne, and it was nothing short of delightful! This leisurely cruise offers a unique perspective of the city, allowing you to take in the stunning skyline and picturesque riverside views from the comfort of the boat. The journey began with a warm welcome from the friendly crew, who ensured that everyone felt comfortable and well-informed. The cruise provided insightful commentary about the history and landmarks along the river, enhancing my appreciation for Melbourne's rich culture and heritage. As we glided along the Yarra, I enjoyed breathtaking views of iconic spots like the majestic Federation Square, the vibrant Southbank precinct, and the lush greenery of the botanic gardens, unique Docklands, and the majestic Bolte bridge. The leisurely pace of the cruise allowed me to capture stunning photographs and truly soak in the beauty of the surroundings. The onboard amenities were also commendable. The seatings was ok, and there was enough space to move around and enjoy the views from different perspectives. Overall, the Yarra River Cruise is a must-do activity when visiting Melbourne. It combines relaxation, stunning views, and a touch of local history, making it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend setting aside a few hours to enjoy this beautiful cruise—you won’t regret it! Cost $38 per Adult for 1 hour cruise.
Taking cruises sightseeing on the river is a popular tourist activity in many cities. There are also many such projects on the Yarra River in Melbourne. It feels great to patrol the scenery along the wide river on both sides.
This is the “must “, the only one thing that one must do in Melbourne! As the trip is amazing! Wonderful! Great! But I can’t say the same things about “ the cruise 🚢 “. It’s old, not so comfortable, a very small place outside for people that want to see the beautiful views of the city, many seats inside- but if you stay inside, why are doing this trip? I recommend to change the boats!
What a fantastic way to see some of the sights in Melbourne, the cruise was so much fun! Staff are friendly, hospitable, complimentary refreshments onboard and a nice little bar add to the whole experience. The views of the whole city in summer were great and the information on each spot were fun as well! Be advised, go to back of the boat as indoors you won’t see that much. So step out, enjoy beautiful Melbourne and support local businesses😊
very friendly staff, good vibes, free sunscreen and an eye-catching journey!! 10/10 would recommend
