The staff and very kind and professional. A great option for if you need a longer stay. Very close to shops and amenities. A great spot with space for business meetings etc, and a fantastic small gym. Some rooms a beautiful view but some have not the most impressive but still okay. Would definitely stay again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 From the front desk to the ambiance and the food, everything was exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Ribs and Rumps, the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast was the highlight of my stay, and I looked forward to it every morning. The mushrooms and eggs were absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with excellent hospitality, a relaxing atmosphere, and great dining options. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend both the hotel and Ribs and Rumps to anyone visiting. 😊🍽️✨

I had a fantastic stay at Rydges Ringwood while attending a self-development course being held in one of their conference facilities. The location is excellent - walking distance to the train station and shops, with secure parking that made bringing a car easy and stress-free. At check-in I was kindly upgraded to a King Apartment with a balcony, which was a great surprise. The extra space made a big difference while studying. My room quickly filled up with post-it notes while preparing for the exam, and having the extra room to spread everything out genuinely helped me focus and ultimately pass. A special thank you to Ricky at reception, who sorted out my parking and provided all the information I needed for a smooth and hassle-free stay. His professionalism and helpful attitude really stood out and made the experience even better. Overall it was an excellent stay - great rooms, fantastic service, and a perfect place to stay if you’re doing business or just visiting the Ringwood area. I’ll definitely be back. 😊

Special mention to Elijah, Chrissy, and Tom for their excellent service throughout the event—keeping guests well looked after while maintaining a respectful atmosphere during the presentation. Job very well done. The venue itself was outstanding. Centrally located in Ringwood with convenient parking options nearby, it made access easy for all attendees. The room was spacious and comfortably accommodated over 40 people without feeling crowded. The audio-visual setup was seamless—everything was ready to go and worked perfectly, which made a big difference. Tonya, the business manager, was a pleasure to deal with—responsive, easy to communicate with, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Great value for a corporate function, and the food was fantastic with plenty of variety on the menu.

Stayed at Rudges in Ringwood and I have to say that I had a great experience. Greeted by a friendly person - Ricky was really nice and even upgraded our room for no extra charge. The room was really clean and well air conditioned/heated. Enjoyed our stay and I have to say that customer service is actually a big part of staying somewhere. So we really appreciated that.
