Very nice size rooms with good quality beds. They could do with adding a tea towel and some dish washing liquid to make it easier to do the dishes though. Lots and lots to do available around. Only a 3 minute walk to the river to go and do a river cruise. Good safety feature of non opening windows. Very walkable. In the heart of the Southbank precinct and lots around and easy to get everywhere. Lots and lots of places to eat and drink in only a short walk. Also, easy to get food delivered and they also have their own restaurant in which you can have dinner, lunch and breakfast and order room service which you have to pickup at reception. Lovely and attentive staff. Calm and friendly. Well presented hotel over all. They also have do it yourself check in and check out machines which look pretty cool. Overall great experience staying here, good price too. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for our needs. Room was good too. Bit sad to see check-in and out will soon be self check-in/out via a machine, as I always find the reception staff helpful, especially if you have any questions when checking in. The staff member that helped us was great.

Absolutely disgusting. Found blood on the pillow in the room and when we were offer a different room on the promise that it had been checked and the linen changed, we found more dirt on the pillows again. Obviously this wasn’t check and we had been lied to. Do not book at this place. Fair warning.

This hotel has automatic check in kiosks, but good service if required. The lifts can be very busy to get to your room, however we found the room quiete and well soundproofed. our room was directly opposite the lifts, hoever the sound from outside or suitcases in the hallways was minimal. the bathroom was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfy. location is superb. I would stay here again.

Upon arrival we were told our extra bed would be set up in the room already and it was. Room comfortable and clean. The only thing was the bathroom. Tad bit unclean and there was black mould in the grout and on the doors/walls. That’s the only thing we weren’t overall happy with. The shower needed a good scrub and the fan/vent needs to be cleaned of dust. The mini fridge needs defrosting and the temp control was set to 5 which is not cold enough. Staff friendly and helpful. The new breakfast room looked lovely- last time we stayed it was still being built. Happy customers. Just need to sort out the bathrooms.
