My partner and I stayed here for five months on the long-term stay plan from April to August, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone new to Melbourne. The team, including Ashim, was super helpful and welcoming, and the apartments are fully furnished with everything you need. It’s also really convenient, close to the city, and just a short walk to the station. A great option until you find a more permanent place to settle in Melbourne.

Being brand new, everything was spotlessly clean. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for our 1 night stay. The whole apartment was big and very comfortable especially the bedrooms with our own bathrooms. The lady at reception was very welcoming and lovely. It was a pleasure to stay here, we will definitely be back! I wish I could leave more than 5 stars..

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this amazing new Punthill Apartment Hotel in Sunshine for 3.5 months from November until February and I was sad to say goodbye. The hotel manager Zippy and her team, from front desk and customer service to housekeeping were all fantastic and treated me like family. I needed an early check-in on my first day and Zippy was extremely welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for myself and my 2 cats. I give all of the staff, 11 out of 10 and thank them all for making my long term stay so enjoyable. The rooms and facilities are very comfortable and have everything you need including a front loading washer/dryer, oven, dishwasher etc and I would definitely stay there again. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for accommodation. I was also pleasantly surprised it is only a 25 minute drive to the city. Thank you Zippy and team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My recent week long stay at Punthill Sunshine exceeded all of my expectations. The room and hotel in general were spotless. I was surprised at the quality of toiletries supplied they were lovely. The nespresso machine plus tea coffee and milk supplies were a bonus. The location was Close to railway station and shopping centre. The secure Undercover parking at hotel was also very convenient. The hotel itself was in a quiet location also with free off street parking. The friendly and attentive hotel staff from reception to room service went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.
