Being brand new, everything was spotlessly clean. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for our 1 night stay. The whole apartment was big and very comfortable especially the bedrooms with our own bathrooms. The lady at reception was very welcoming and lovely. It was a pleasure to stay here, we will definitely be back! I wish I could leave more than 5 stars..

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this amazing new Punthill Apartment Hotel in Sunshine for 3.5 months from November until February and I was sad to say goodbye. The hotel manager Zippy and her team, from front desk and customer service to housekeeping were all fantastic and treated me like family. I needed an early check-in on my first day and Zippy was extremely welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for myself and my 2 cats. I give all of the staff, 11 out of 10 and thank them all for making my long term stay so enjoyable. The rooms and facilities are very comfortable and have everything you need including a front loading washer/dryer, oven, dishwasher etc and I would definitely stay there again. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for accommodation. I was also pleasantly surprised it is only a 25 minute drive to the city. Thank you Zippy and team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment hotel! The property offers all the amenities you could need, making it incredibly convenient for both short and long-term stays. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The highlight was the breathtaking view of the city.I was lucky enough to be there for New Year’s Eve, and the view of the fireworks was spectacular. It was the perfect way to start my year. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and enjoyable stay without breaking your bank.

I made a reservation and received confirmation, but after a four-hour journey, I was informed upon check-in that the hotel was overbooked and my reservation would be canceled. They showed no concern and left me stranded. I would advise caution when booking this establishment; you may find yourself without accommodations.
