Hidden gem, only a year old. Hotel is part of the Curtin University, but is surrounded by restaurants, a tavern and an IGA nearby. Extremely quiet with magnificent views overlooking the campus manicured gardens. Room is ample for what you need. Strong shower and comfortable bed. Own Aircon that you can program to suit. Walking distance to all restaurants. EV Charger available in nearby carpark which is an added bonus.
We stayed as were attending a hockey competition. On arrival check in was easy, we went up to our assigned room and I noticed that used towels were still hanging in the bathroom. Went down to reception and asked for fresh towels, he asked me if the room had been cleaned I said it assumed to be as the beds were made. Later on I went to put some rubbish in the bin and realised it was full already from previous guests. Went back down and the manager offered to change our room which was appreciated and managed really well. Overall 10/10 for the staff we dealt with 1/10 for housekeeping as there were also full rubbish bags just left in the hallways.
Stayed at Nesuto Cutin Perth Hotel for a week, and despite its 3-star rating, I found it to be clean and in a fantastic location near Curtin University. There are cafes and restaurants downstairs, and the bus stops are close by. The breakfast was quite good, and they even have a laundry room available. Overall, it's a great choice for a comfortable stay.
My stay at Nesuto Curtin Perth has always been for work (past, present and future). It is definitely a great location for work as it is a good walking distance. Surrounded by decent eating and drinking places and there is also IGA supermarket which is great to get some snacks. The hotel facilities are great and it has a buffet for breakfast with a good selection. The room is spacious enough and it has all the standard amenities (kettle, tea, bathroom shampoo and soap). The housekeeping will come around twice a week.
My mum was left without accomodation as someone cancelled her reservation and it is not my mum who cancelled it, as her company was the one who booked her whole itinerary. We were greeted with a “what are you guys doing here? We don’t have any bookings expecting today” as soon as he opened the door. It is past 1 am and my mum was so tired from her flight that she could not even be bothered to sort the things out herself, now she has to stay with me in my cramped room in a shareroom student accomodation
