The venue is located at 201 Underwood Ave, Floreat Western Australia 6014, Australia.

The Bendat Basketball Centre is home to the Perth Lynx basketball team and is the training facility for the Perth Wildcats. Alongside basketball, many sports such as netball, badminton and volleyball are played on the training courts.

WA Basketball Centre was officially renamed the Bendat Basketball Centre (BBC) as a result of an agreement with Perth Wildcats owner Dr Jack Bendat. The Court Bookings for the BBC are managed by Basketball WA.

The venue is accessible for wheelchair users and has a number of accessible parking spaces. The entrance to the stadium is on Level 1, with lifts and ramp access available. They even have spectator viewing areas from the first-floor foyer. There are also a number of designated wheelchair seating areas located around the stadium. Toilets, concession stands and water fountains are all accessible. The venue is also fully accessible for wheelchair sports. 

The stadium is managed by Basketball WA and features eight courts, with two basketball show courts and a six-court hall with multi-sport line markings.
