Seriously good! Food was great service was great, if I could only add one tiny criticism, the Crab spaghetti needs a slice of crusty bread to soak up the yummy sauce left over. The coconut Panna Cotta was awesome. Special mention to the service from Shauna, perfect recommendations.
Such a great night at the Pen! 2 separate private events on, providing an awesome atmosphere with live music and the service in the main restaurant was still brilliant. Great wait staff, service was fast considering the amount of catering on and everything from starters to desserts and cocktails was mouth watering! Extra care also given to us and our kids. Absolutely recommend šš½
10/10. Rachel served us and she was amazing. She was able to help us with the drink menu and had the best service. Food was breathtaking. Good portions. Will definitely come back
Great seating under a beautiful tree to watch all the activity on the river and to enjoy the ambience of Mandurah. Evie - the waitress was very personable, fun and efficient. She made our visit and certainly made us laugh! An asset to the Pen Iād say.. However I thought the fish to be a smaller serving than usual but still enjoyable. The pizzas were nice and tasty and other staff were very friendly also.
I'm one for chit chat yet in an empty restaurant, I felt like I a leper. We ordered lemonade and a bourbon and Coke. After going to great lengths to explain they have Pepsi we got a lemon lime and bitters and a flat Pepsi, no bourbon which were both returned. My meal of Shark Bay Crab Spagatini (Why not Mandurah crab) was divine , 5 stars but the chicken and beetroot salad was an awful surprise of minced chicken, it looked like cat food. I'm really unsure if I wish to return and we lived at this spot back in the day, you know what I mean if you know.
