Close to everything including the museum, malls and restaurants. The first room we were given was dirty but the staff were quick to remedy this and provided a better room immediately. Overall a good place to stay and suitable for families.

Bit disappointed in this hotel. While the general location was convenient, the street outside was not pleasant and felt a bit unsafe at night. The furnishings in the room were very tired and dated. TV was very old and no access to streaming services was available. Also the room wasn't particularly clean and smelt a bit mouldy. The entire hotel is in need of refurbishment. There are much better hotels around Perth city for similar money. Staff were very polite and helpful.

I stayed here for 1 night and had to eventually change hotels because of how unhygienic the room was. 1. There were moths flying around and I hadn’t open any window which was weird, wasn’t sure how it got in 2. My toilet was not cleaned. It had something in it wasn’t sure what it was and didn’t even bother going bathroom at all for the rest of the night lol 3. My shower was dirty, I spent so much time cleaning the bathroom just so that I could at least take a shower 4. The bedside table had soooo much dust like it was an actual joke. My allergies played uk the whole night and I could get much sleep because there was dust literally everywhere near and on bed 5. Overall I just felt like everything wasn’t cleaned so I cleaned it myself and still felt like I couldn’t stay another night so we ended up moving to. Different hotel which thank goodness because even outside the hotel if we went for a walk, it seemed a bit scary with people just walking around drinking a full bottle of wine whilst walking and just harassing people walking by so yeah definitely wouldn’t recommend

Should have looked deeper into this location before booking! Located next to a Bookies and Adult Store. Local "Drinkers" congregate and bring DOWN the tone of the place. Crack users frequent. Location NOT for a family. Hotel itself has helpful staff. Place very tired there are other colours aside from White! Location of amenities within a very short walk, which was a Plus

Staff and location excellent. Unfortunately It’s beyond outdated. Broken dishwasher. Washing machine leaked. Mould and inbuilt grime in bathrooms. Aircon/heater worked but broken buttons. Stained lampshades and stains on carpet. Inbuilt grime in kitchen. Dirty balcony. Lift makes noises 24/7. Dirty and stained walls. Pool is not heated as advertised. Limited items in the kitchen. The cleaners can only do so much as it’s clear no maintenance has been done in some time. Whilst we can never expect photos to match the reality, this is false advertising. They need to be clearer about the state of the place and adjust the price accordingly. They also deduct a $200 bond on arrival which is a real cheek given there’s no room service, nothing in the room to purchase and the state of the place. Had I paid $215 a night instead of $315, I wouldn’t be feeling as ripped off as I do right now. Go elsewhere is my recommendation.
