Really close to the convention centre, nice and spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, but slightly outdated. Gym was on the smaller side, dumb bells only up to 10kg and no bar bells. Only 2 cardio equipment. My biggest issue was poor noise isolation and door design - woken up by slamming doors all through the night.
We often stay at the Adina's in Perth. First time at Mounts Bay. Service is wonderful. Friendly and prompt. Location is great. Good access to convention centre, Elizabeth Quay and city. Room was quiet even though overlooking Mounts Bay Rd intersection. I was disappointed the pool and spa are not heated. I hope they update their information accordingly and stop saying it's heated. As you can see from over reviews the rooms have a few maintenance issues and are due for a revamp. Freezer didn't work, problem with TV and remotes. All reported so they know. Would stay again and looking forward to seeing improvements on our next visit. Thanks for a nice stay. Love the symmetry in the corridors!
I will try to make this a contrustructive review, I will start with the negative then I shall end with the positive. Negative: The heat pump was missing the flap thingy(idk what it is called) and the remote was a little broken, I hope that they both get replaced or repaired, The headboard in the masterbedroom had skateboard griptape to cover a hole which is not acceptable so I hope you fix that, the final big thing was that the carpet was a little bit worn and I really hope this gets fixed. Finally the music in the gym could be a bit better Positive: The staff were encredibly friendly and helpful, the location is very convenient, the WiFi is encredibly fast and the gym was pretty good. I hope this is a constructive review Thanks
This was our very first time visiting Perth. The Adina Hotel was a very good choice to stay in. Very clean and the atmosphere, staff and service was great. The only negative we have is that the cook top had a greasy film on top of it, and the range hood didn't sit flush like it was supposed to. On closer inspection, there was a broken piece that had broken off onto the cook top. We left the room daily and returned in the evening to find fresh towels in the bathroom and rubbish removed, which was nice....on one of the days our bed was made (I made it most days) Adina is very central so you're very close to cafes, restaurants and shops. Amazing, we'll definitely be back!!!
Stayed here for a conference, which you can’t beat the proximity to the convention centre. Rooms clean and spacious. Staff polite and friendly. Nice cocktails in their bar.
