It was my first time in Perth for a week. Fantastic staff, spacious room, good size balcony and amenities. Service is fantastic, friendly and quick to help. I enjoyed the restaurant for dinner, and they kept great wines from what I tasted. Will definitely come back for my next jaunt. Thank you, you definitely earned a repeat guest.

The male staff member in mid 20's was most unwelcoming bordering on rude and has no etiquette or communication skills on check in. This is coming from someone that is very easy to please. Wasn't very forth coming with information and didn't leave a very good impression. I run a business centred around customer service, this staff member will cost the hotel repeat business. Other than that room great, breakfast good and friendly customer service upon check out. Not sure would stay again based on customer service I received.

Only stayed for one night however the room was surprisingly spacious with a decent balcony and quality minibar and snacks. Very comfy bed and multiple different types of pillows was excellent. Great location and all staff interactions were pleasant and accommodating with free late checkout and bag minding a very positive way to finish the stay. Will definitely stay again, thanks!

King spa with balcony. Balcony was low so the view was of a roof. But the balcony space was very large and more encased than all the others so was handy when it was raining. Easy location to get to. Close to everything. Fast check in. They knew it was my wedding anniversary and they put a free bottle of wine and a card in our room before we arrived. Chips were amazing. Buffet breakfast was delicious and had so many options. Room service was speedy. Beds were huge and comfy. Spa bath could fit two plus size people comfortably. Price was more than fair when booking directly through the website as a member. Will definitely be back to try out the top corner spa suite. Was able to sync up my phone to the tv to watch Netflix stan etc

First appearance, the room is great. However, there is no complimentary water. No face washers for shower, and bed is uncomfortable 😫. Normally, there would be an extra blanket, but there is none. Staff at reception and bar are very helpful and friendly. If you stay here , ask for a floor shower, not a bath shower if you are elderly, difficult to manoeuvre. Great location Stayed 2 nights
