Accommodation not reviewed, as did not stay in a room on this occasion. Friendly environment. Not a very long wait time to be served. Staff were very friendly and helpful, was served by Ella at the bar, who greeted me with a smile, took time to listen and get my order correct, was very cheerful and a pleasure to be around, respectful and well mannered. Was very happy with the service she provided. Other interaction was with Ravi, who was very friendly, greeted with a smile, was polite and friendly, and the conversation felt genuine, not rushed/inconvenient and felt very welcomed. Ravi later came up to deliver my food order. He had recognised me from a previous day, in which I had been quite upset and sat alone. He bothered to "check-in" and ask how I was doing. Thought this was a lovely touch, a regular at the venue, but was nice that he cared enough to ask. Didn't feel that it went on too long, or was an imposition to my evening...just nice to be recognised, feel valued, and that he genuinely cared. I know staff can get very busy, so didn't want to hold him up, but was a lovely personal touch, ending with a big smile and happy vibes. Had a wonderful evening, and the positivity rubbed off.

From the outside, Leisure Inn might look a little unusual as accommodation, since it’s just across the road from Chemist Warehouse and the driveway is through Dan Murphy’s car park — but don’t let that fool you! Once inside, everything was smooth and straightforward. The rooms may be a bit outdated, but they were spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and all the essential amenities were provided. Plus, the location is fantastic, with supermarkets and shops just a short walk away. Check-in was an absolute breeze. Leisure Inn’s duty manager, Ravi, was outstanding — professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He truly went above and beyond! His communication was excellent, and he explained the room deposit system clearly. Even though check-in is normally at 2 pm, he kindly allowed us to check in around 1 pm because our little one was very tired. We appreciated that so much. We did come across a couple of hiccups during our stay, but the way the staff handled everything was exceptional. When the wrong meal was served, duty manager Ravi immediately stepped in, apologised on behalf of the new front staff member, and arranged the correct dinner along with a complimentary drink — such great service! The following day, some of the power outlets in our room weren’t working and the fridge had issues, but duty manager Emma offered us a complimentary dinner, which was absolutely amazing. A special shout-out to Joanne (Aunty) from housekeeping — she was super friendly, warm, and just lovely to chat with. Thanks to the incredible staff, we’ll definitely be coming back again. We’ve already recommended Leisure Inn to our family and friends because the service truly made our stay memorable!

Popped into The Leisure Inn for a couple of drinks and honestly didn’t expect to have such a good time. The vibe here is spot on relaxed, friendly, and proper WA pub energy. The staff were unreal too… super welcoming, quick with service, and actually have a laugh with you instead of just going through the motions. My meal came out fast, fresh, and way better than your standard pub feed. Good prices, cold beers, and heaps of room whether you’re here for a quiet one or catching up with mates. Massive shoutout to Jess and the crew working today you made the whole experience top tier. If you’re in Rockingham, this place is a must. Cheers legends! 🍻

Shout out to Jess! I just want to give a huge shout-out to Jess, the manager at The Swinging Pig. Her service is absolutely exceptional every single time. She is warm, welcoming, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels looked after. Jess runs the venue with professionalism, efficiency, and such a friendly energy that it really lifts the whole atmosphere. Nothing is ever too hard for her, and she handles everything with a smile—even during busy times. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her team. It’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers this level of customer service, and Jess deserves to be recognised for it. Highly recommend visiting The Swinging Pig—you’ll be well taken care of thanks to her!

I stopped in at The Leisure Inn for a few drinks and left genuinely impressed. The vibe was laid back and welcoming, with that classic WA pub character shining through. The staff were fantastic, friendly, attentive, and personable which made the place feel inviting right from the start.
