If you are in Sydney you can't go past a return ferry trip to Watson's Bay and a dinning experience at this wonderful venue. Try a book an outside waterview table, relax and enjoy an amazing meal from the extensive menu whilst enjoying memorable harbour views. A great selection of drinks on offer including cocktails which are sure to please.
Bar staff and waiting staff friendly, happy and prompt. Tables and floor were, however, really dirty. Bits of food and used napkins all over floors. Tables were sticky with spilled drinks and remnants of food, which encourages birds to attend the tables and floors. I had to grab a cleaning cloth and spray bottle to clean my table but the cloths were dirty and so I had to follow up by using water and napkins from, however, the tables were still sticky.
Watsons bay hotel!!! What amazing venue!! The staff to the one in the khaki shirt and the amazing Minnie. What amazing venue. We were here for the nurses birthdays. Minnie was great at making sure we all had a drink and an amazing meal. We love the staff. Will come here again thanks Minnie
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating – I arrived early for my booking, and they quickly found me a table without any hassle. The view was absolutely stunning, perfect for a relaxing meal. The food came out swiftly and was delicious. Overall, a fantastic spot for great service, beautiful surroundings, and tasty food. Highly recommend!
So we arrive for lunch. Stand in the entrance to the bay area view seating. For a couple of minutes. With staff walking past us like we’re completely invisible. So I flag down a team member to ask if we can have a table without a reservation. She says we can sit anywhere. So we sit and choose from the menus on the rather dirty table, and we sit. And sit. And wait. And wait. And no one comes to our table. Or looks or smiles at us. So we decide after about 10 minutes to leave. How can a hospitality venue in a hotel operate without any signs of hospitality? Complete shambles. We will never return. REPLY TO MANAGER REPLY - thanks for your response, but you need to be consistently welcoming and communicative. We got neither. You seem to have loads of staff just wandering about - are they afraid to talk to potential customers? Train them to smile and engage!!!!
